Jada's Graduation Day
12pm
I was in my cap and gown getting ready to head over to the auditorium with my fellow colleagues.
Even though I did online class, the graduation process was the same.
I know my mom and now stepdad (Jerome), Mina, Marcel, my sons, and everyone was waiting for me in the auditorium.
I was lined up in degree order and by last name. From Masters to Bachelors.
It was a whole lot of us and I knew this would take a while.
12:45 came and we made our way into the auditorium in the order we were put in.
As soon as we walked in, there were a bunch of people clapping. There were different families and every single chair was filled.
I suddenly felt nervous and excited at the same time. I was finally getting my bachelors.
My business was doing great and I had my friends and my cousin to help me. All I've been doing was telling them what I wanted and they got it done for me while I cared for the twins and had my shit going on with Marcel.
As I walked by I saw my family and friends cheering for me. In that moment I felt extremely happy. Hearing my two little boys cheer for me made my heart melt even more.
We made our way to the chairs and the president of the school started to speak.
About 45 minutes later, my name was finally called.
"Jada Monroe. Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentration of Entrepreneurship." The dean said as I walked up to the stage.
My family and friend cheered loud and everyone else in the auditorium clapped as cheered as well, but it was my family I heard the most.
I cheesed as I walked on stage and grabbed the dean's hand and my degree and took the picture.
As I nodded after getting a congrats from the faculty on stage, I walked off.
This was one of the best moments of my life and I was so glad that I finally got here. And in just two weeks I was going to marry my headache, pain in the ass, cheating, lying ass, goofy, loving, caring, crybaby, thug ass fiancé.

Everything seemed to finally be coming together and I was so happy about it.
I didn't want this moment to end at all.
About another hour or so later, the graduation ceremony was over and we moved our tassels to the left of our caps and threw them in the air.
As we walked out, everyone cheered and clapped and our families were trying to come to us but we had to walk out first.
Once we were finally out, everyone I knew ran up to me giving me congrats.
I immediately bent down and hugged Jaylen and Kayden. The hugs made me shed tears. I missed them so much and it melted my heart to feel their little hugs again.
"Mama." KayKay said and gave me a rose. I smiled and shed another tear.
"Thank you my baby." I said grabbing him and kissing his cheek.
Then Jj handed me a card.
I grabbed him also and kissed all over his face.
"Mommy loves you guys so much. Thank you." I said to them and cheesed, standing back up.
Marcel then came and kissed me on the cheek.
"Congratulations Mrs. Whyte." He said smirking and I cheesed.
"Thank you Mr. Whyte." I can and he smiled and but his lip.
Bria, Mina, Mia, Jashawn, Moe, Q, Darwin, and Archie came to me and congratulated me.
"So what's the next move now honey?" Bria asked me.
"Going to team up Jashawn hopefully?" I said turning to Jashawn. With his clothing line and my makeup and beauty accessories, we could really be something huge.
"Hell yeah let's do it." He said and I cheesed and they clapped.
"Ahhhh we have so much to do after today. Especially with the wedding and everything." Mina said to me.
"Yessss and I'm so excited." I said then my mom and dad (Jerome) and aunt Katherine came to me.
They gave their congratulations and we talked for a bit.
"So you want to all go eat or what?" My mom asked.
"Nah mama. I actually just want to go home and spend time with my babies and my fiancé." I said.

"Ok my love. So we'll see you around wedding time!" My mom said and everyone started saying their goodbyes.
My mom gave me the boys stuff and Marcel and I and the kids headed back to the house.
About 2 hours later we arrived back at the house.
We all got out and Marcel took my cards and flowers and balloons as I got the food and the boys out of the car.
We all went inside the house and Marcel set the graduation things in the living room and we all went into the back patio to eat.
I bought Jj and KayKay a kiddie pool a while back so they were in there after they ate.
Marcel and I were cuddled up watching them.
"Two weeks ma. You ready?" He asked me kissing my cheek.
"Yes. I feel like we cleared everything we need to and now it's just us for this wedding. I can't wait to officially be Mrs. Whyte." I said smiling up at him.
"The Whyte family." He said smiling.
"The Whyte family." I said smiling back.
We both turned our attention back to the boys who were still full of life and playing in the kiddie pool.
Today was truly amazing and I swear I didn't want it to stop.
Around 9pm we put Jaylen and Kayden in their room to sleep since they after he pool and the movies and the dinner Marcel actually made, they were knocked out.
Marcel actually surprised me with dinner. He's learning and I swear his cooking got better every time.
After putting the boys to sleep, Marcel and I decided to go into the pool ourselves.
We had our glasses of champagne and 2 blunts of weed and went back to the patio.
We relaxed and just vibed, watching the night sky.
"Baby..." I started.
"Yes shorty." He said taking a puff of his blunt then blowing it out.
"I hope everything thing stays simple like this. Even after we're married." I said.
"I'll do everything in my power to make sure it stays simple. When I said I'll spend the rest of my life making it up to you, I meant that. I'm done with the cheating and the lies Jada. Done treating you like shit ma. You deserve the world and trust me if I could've gave it to you in the Palm of my hands I would've. And I am definitely leaving the game soon. Right after our wedding." He said and I just stared at him. I was in complete aw with this man.
"Right after our wedding?" I asked.
"Yes. I wanted to wait until after the wedding but you announced your new plans today so I'll tell you. I planned to move us out of Florida. I didn't know where but that's what I was going to talk to you for so that we could figure it out. But you're partnering up with Jashawn for business and I don't wanna stop your bag. But we will be moving out of this house, it'll just be somewhere else in Florida. I have enough for Jay and Kay to be set for life and for us to get a new house and so that I can spoil you." He said and I cheesed.
"You're changing baby and I'm loving this new man you're becoming for your family. And trust me, when Jashawn and I's business become international, we will definitely be moving out of Florida." I said to him and he smiled at me.
We stared into each other's eyes for a minute then shared a passionate kiss.
We finished the champagne and the blunts and went back inside.
We then we upstairs to shower together. Afterwards, we made love in our bed all night but quietly so that the twins didn't hear.
This right here, was the life. I love Marcel and I love my boys. I finally had my bachelors and I was getting married in two weeks. Nothing else felt more perfect.
