Ian opened his eyes to the voice inside his head, fighting harder to stand up. He looked up at the entrance of the cave blinding light hit his eyes so he put a hand up to cover them, he went forward hoping to leave put stopped when a burned smell entered his nose, that's when he looked at his hand that came in contact with the sun light, starting to burn he immediately withdraw back inside the cave.

He looked at his previously burned hand that now started to heal, but the process was a bit slower than what you would expect from a vampire.

Blood source needed..

The voice spoke the same words again.

How the hell will i get that if i can't walk out...i guess i'll just have to wait it out, hopefully there will not be a side effect to not 'feeding'.

He sat on the ground while looking outside the cave, or what's in front of the entrance of the cave while not getting sunlight on him.

While waiting for the sun to set, he got annoyed with the voice inside his head repeating the same thing over and over again for hours straight.

Finally after the sun has set, he immediately flashed out of the cave with the vampire speed, for him it was just running but from the outside it will only look like teleportation while it's not.

He ran through the woods hoping to set himself on a prey, anything that has blood on its veins, as luck struck him an animal came within his view, he stopped and moved very quietly towards it like what a predator would do.

Once Ian was moving on a big rock with his fours, he jumped on the animal immediately when his perfect chance came, his fangs came out and bit through the flesh while holding tightly to his prey not wanting to let it go.

He kept pulling blood until eventually the animal stopped fighting, once he was done draining it dry the system voice came through.

Huh? Now where the hell am i going to find one..wait i forgot, i have super hearing i just need to focus.

Ian stood in the woods and focused on hearing his surroundings more clearly, all he could hear is the wind moving the trees but he didn't give up he tried to expand the hearing range, that's when he heard them, talking and new to their voice what seems to be burning fire, Ian focused on their location and ran towards it.

He stopped before showing himself, he took a peek. And it seemed like a camper surrounding the fire while eating their food.

He observed for a moment and that's when a wide grin appeared on his face, as he got an idea of how to do this.

He flashed with his speed through the camp and caused a creak to sound to the ears of the campers without showing himself, as the campers who were 4 men stood up altered.

"Did you hear that?" one of the men said to the others who nodded in return, lifting their swords as they observed their surroundings.

Ian flashed around the camp and when they were face the other way, he caught one of them and flashed with him to the woods near the camp, bit into his neck while letting the man scream loudly.

"Ahhhhh...ahhhh.. Hhh.." when his screams died out, Ian sped to the camp and dragged the second one and did the same to him.

When he was done feeding on him, he flashed to the camp and stopped in front of one of the remaining two who were shaking with fear, upon seeing what's hunting them now they couldn't dare move an inch.

Ian's eyes glowing red, with veins extending throughout his face constantly moving, he licked his lips and held one hand towards the head of the shaking man in front of him, holding him within his grasp, Ian's moved his other hand's wrist to his mouth and bit through his flesh letting blood out then he pushes it to the mouth of the man standing in front of him.

Once the man drank Ian's blood forcefully, Ian held the man's head with his hands and snapped his neck.

Ian walked towards the other man and looked into his eyes, but before he said anything the sword the man held in his hands went through Ian's chest.

"That hurt..you know i just changed my mind instead you'll be food for your friend here" Ian said while moving forward while the sword was still through his chest, he held the man with his hands and looked to his eyes and said "you will not move, you will not run"

The man in a daze repeated "i will not move, i will not run"

That's when they both heard a gasp, the man who Ian snapped his neck woke up.

Ian slid out the sword out of his chest and moved the man he just compelled or mind controlled toward the one who just woke up from his neck being snapped.

He bit into the neck of the controlled man and let his blood run out, then pushed him towards the one who woke up, who in return grabbed into his dear friend and drained him dry.

Ian let out a smile and looked at his first turned vampire and said "the sun is about to come up so i suggest you find a cave. Sunlight hurts like a bi*ch"

Then flashed back through the woods and back into the cave he previously hid in.

Next time, i'll be leaving these woods.
