《Free》Chapter 24: Our Revenge!! Part I

I don't know what to think at this point. I was absolutely on my high point in life and that quickly went to the lowest point I could reach being my execution.
The noise kept going, well it's no wonder since I am in Slave hall B.
"H-He.. Hey Sakamo-to.." someone said with a nervous voice.
I looked up. It was Sadik.
He kept looking left and right while talking with me. I was in my cage while the other guards and eventually other slaves get themselves ready.
"W-What are your feelings? It's in a couple of minutes!" Sadik said with a low but sharp voice.
"I.. I don't know Sadik, I have no idea what to think" I asnwered.
Suddenly Sadik's face changed.
Even though his thick glasses blocked me from seeing his eyes, his expression changed.
"What do we have heeeeeere?" someone said.
It was a guard.
"The purple, ugly ninja called Sakamoto, and a poor, defenseless black called Sadik" the guard said.
We didn't say a word.
"Well don't get to close to Sakamoto now, he's going to get killed soon, and even then.." the guard said.
"You're still not his acquaintance, nor a family and never a friend. Never in history will a black be friends with a white, and most certainly never in the future.." the guard continued.
"I want you, TO GET YOUR FILTHY HANDS OFF THE JAIL BARS AND GET BACK TO WORK BEFORE GOING OUT TO THE EXECUTION!!" the guard yelled.
Sadik quickly ran away, not because he was told so, but because of fear what they would do to him.
I never wanted to punch someone this hard like I want to with this guard.
The guard looked at me with a cold stare.
"There is nothing for me to add for you, you have done enough with your filthy hands, bastard" he said and slowly marched away.

Soon the time will come, where I will be doomed..
***
We finally made our way.
The area beneath us was filled with light, and the audience was a number I had never seen before!
Everyone quickly jumped off their horses, so did I and Tommy.
"Quickly, everyone lie down before it starts, Marco and Dango you guys know what's up, the rest put on their hoodies and don't move!" Tommy said quietly.
We each did as he told us, Marco had his rifle pointing towards the wooden platform, so was Dango.
Minutes had passed. We were all on leaves during the ice cold autumn night. The moon was shining, directly on the execution area.
"Ladies and gentlemen, I welcome you all to this important gathering!" someone said with a loud voice.
They slowly walked onto the wooden platform, it was..
..indeed the one Tommy meant* (*check chapter 20)
..The drinker I had met with the Ninja was indeed the leader to Clout, the one talking right now.
I looked behind the stand, I saw what looked like an army of people, in front was someone in handcuffs.
I looked closely, there was not only one in handcuffs, but all of them!
All of them had handcuffs except for two people wearing dark blue.
"I welcome you all to the execution of a certain someone that had broken my rules, as you all know, now I won't disturb anymore but let the show begin!" he shouted.
The audience kept cheering.
Quickly two people ran up to the wooden stand, the Leader was standing in the middle while the two other people with dark blue stood on different sides next to the Leader.
I felt and heard it.
Marco fired a shot, it hit.
One of the people fell down because of the shot.

The audience gasped, but for some reason they didn't get out of their seats.
Marco, who was next to me, quickly put on his hoodie and put his face against the ground, I did the same.
After a couple of seconds I looked up again, it looked as if guards came in and carried the dead person away, while even more people came to stay on the stand.
It looks like they called in more guards.
Dango and Marco both shot again and we all put our faces towards the ground.
I could hear the audience screaming.
It has begun..
Our raid has finally begun!

Yin-Yang
Mages in North America seem to have it all – typically from well-off families, and able to manipulate their environment in ways most of the world would never believe. They don’t even have to bother with the mundane details of life like housework, thanks to their sensitives, who also make a useful source for extra magical energy. After all, sensitives have no use for it themselves, and if mages weren’t meant to make use of it, then the sensitives would obviously have some way to prevent that. That a mage can transform a sensitive physically, with no restrictions beyond overall mass and basic biological viability, whereas magic tends not to work directly on any other living thing, is only further proof. And look at the way they live on their own, barely a step above animals. It’s better for them to belong to a mage. Sensitives in North America live on the edge of society and survival – typically so paranoid they avoid hospitals and anything else that could lead to being tracked, many of them with little or no education and no legal identity or existence. Mages exist, and mages want sensitives for some reason, but no one ever comes back to explain what that reason is. Waiting every day for the hunters to notice them doesn’t lead to much motivation or hope for the future. And once they’re captured, they’re the property of someone with a terrifying amount of power over them. Anything is better than capture. Mages are born to be the masters, and sensitives are born victims. Or are they? Jax’s life is turned upside-down when he’s caught by the hunters and sold to a mage. Andreas is still mourning for his previous sensitive, though, unconsciously creating a difficult standard for Jax to live up to, all the more so while still struggling to come to terms with this new reality as Andreas’ sensitive. A runaway sensitive isn’t what Van expects at the mental health centre. Is this a hunter trap, set for him and the rest of the Donovan family by the hunters? The hunters would, after all, love to see them cross the line openly and finally do something they can be charged with. Either way, Miranda’s genuinely in trouble, and he can’t just abandon her to it. Snatching a sensitive out from under the hunters and hiding her is odd behaviour for a mage – but then, Catherine is an odd mage, living in disgrace in the old servants’ quarters of her grandmother’s house, responsible for cooking and housework. Lila owes Catherine her freedom; is there a way to help Catherine achieve her own, and at what price? Tension is building between traditionally-minded mages and those advocating change, and something has to break. *** Yin-Yang includes a small amount of profanity and no graphic sex or on-screen physical violence. However, sex and gender roles and relationships within the mage/sensitive subculture are non-traditional in mainstream North American terms. The key criterion in a primary relationship is not relative sex or gender, but the pairing of mage and sensitive; given the transformation of sensitives by their mages, physical sex is non-absolute for a sensitive, and gender identity can vary as in anyone else. *** *** The way mages treat sensitives is extremely varied and, in some cases is outright abusive. The struggle against that is pretty much the point of the book. It is NOT grimdark or misery-porn! However, if you will be triggered by this, please, don't read Yin-Yang! *** Complete stand-alone novel, 153K words! Also available on Scribble Hub and as a free ebook.

No Strings Attached [Rewritten]
Warning Just so you know, you better be paying attention to the chapter title or else it's going to be like travelling across multiverses. Explanation Due to a single comment made by a wonderful person, or some douchebag in real life, I have decided to create two seperate stories. A rewritten version, and the original version. The rewritten version will somewhat follow the original storyline of the original version, but will have extra content, extra side stories of course rewritten personalities. The original one will be like a rough draft of where I want the story to go. Like for instance, the original story is like the first Link from 'Legend of Zelda', choppy but fun to read. The rewritten story is the Link from any game during and after Windwaker, smooth and somewhat follows the main premise. Overall both are going to be probably terribly done but hey, I'm creating a furture and past story so what should you expect. - Styx Whatever just put up the revised description. - Ariel Edited Summary Jay W. Blu, a dashing and charming rich boy who's been spoiled his whole life. He is very cocky, has a case of egomania and isn't exactly what you call a 'Relatable Main character', unless you somehow fit one of these descriptions and then relate all you want. He had everything you would probably want if you weren't pessimistic, realistic, or chronically depressed. But as most reincarnation/summoning stories go, he get's himself killed at whatever age he was and is sent to another world. Normally, he would be summoned as something you would call a hero, but since that's to cliche by my standards he is something else. Instead of being the hero of the people that he was told about by a friend, he instead summoned as the anti-hero aka, 'The Hero of Demons'. Now he must traverse the lands slaying opposing heroes as he tries to keep his mind straight, although it's to late. There will be weird people along the journey like a fangirling war general, a hive mind and a manly magical girl? Oh well, Jay is too pure to see love anyways.
