Paul "Libertas" Blanc – 23 – Manicured appearance, spikey brown hair
Paul takes every opportunity to hurl good-natured insults at his brothers. He is less mature than some, and often sulky, but when the mood takes him he can be the life and soul of a room.
Paul was given the alias Libertas, meaning liberty.
Alexander "Ultor" Blanc – 21 – White hair aged by trauma, missing eye, hand and leg
Subdued, quiet and contemplative. Alex has always lived more in his books than in Tartarus.
Alex was mutilated at the time his parents were killed, leaving him with only one arm, one leg and one eye. His arm and leg he had replaced with clumsy metallic substitutes, courtesy of Dr. Medez.
Alex gave himself the alias Ultor, meaning avenger.

An established syndicate crime lord who has long held dominion over large swaths of The Pits.

Marcus Asher is the son of Lucus Asher. He believes his father's name and reputation make him untouchable, and that he can essentially do as he pleases.

Unaffiliated
Terrence Lorcie – 35 – Independent – Brown hair, clean-shaven, well groomed

Christine Meyers – 24 – Aide to Terrence Lorcie
As Terrence’s aide, Christine has a number of duties, ranging from editing his speeches to keeping a constant supply of coffee on the go. Her work ethic is unparalleled. She quietly holds hope that working for Lorcie will springboard her own career in media.
Percival Armitan – 62 – Judge – Thinning grey hair, pinched cheeks
Judge Armitan is a seasoned man of the law, and as such has been appointed with the unenviable task of presiding over the court case of Simon Alastair Blanc.

Harold Marks was the man indirectly responsible for the murder of Gregory and Janet Blanc. He convinced Gregory to take a loan with the Gutter Vipers in order to escape retribution for not paying his gambling debts.
Locations:
Tartarus
Tartarus is one of only a few remaining mega-metropolises. It is a concrete and metal monstrosity of winding highways and walkways that keep the lower levels of the city in near perpetual darkness. Outside of the city the landscape is picked clean by excavators, combing the planet’s surface for every last scrap of resources.
Tartarus’ original name has been lost to history, and it is known now only by the distasteful slur by which its residents refer to it.
The Summit
The literal top-end of Tartarus. The Summit describes the penthouses and spires that pierce high enough into the sky to receive genuine sunlight. It houses the upper echelons of society
The Pits
The lower recesses of Tartarus. Networks of highways and bristling columns of skyscrapers obscure the sun. The Pits’ residents scarcely see natural light, save for a few blissful minutes at noon. The people there are pariahs, ignored by all respectable society and left to the mercy of syndicates and cartels.
The Hovels
Essentially a giant squatter camp, with prefab buildings stacked one atop another, or clinging to the sides of apartment blocks like tumors.
Factions:
The Gutter Vipers - Small time loan sharks, this gang makes its money and gets its kicks through debt collection. They operate out of a casino called The Lucky Table.

Frozen Armies
Camerak, home world of the cold blooded Visius, has seen its fair share of wars over the centuries. But the wars have all ended. Now, there is only the Tarabashian empire, ruled by a single queen with a terrible problem. Her world is dying. Slowly but surely the oceans are turning to ice and temperatures drop further every year. No army, no matter how big, can solve this threat to her empire. No spear or sword or axe can stop what is coming. Or can it? When a disgraced, treacherous lord offers her a way to save her empire and her people queen Yeshara is eager to take it. And this is where our story begins, with over a million soldiers marching off to war. Updates every week
8 195Another world
For some, this old story would always be altered, but the outcome was always the same. 'The Evening Celebration.' Some blame humanity for provoking them, while others accuse monsters from another realm, and a few believed it was all merely the devil's fault. There is now a killer in the city. Attacking all the young ladies, pulling something from within them, and abandoning them on the doorsteps of their loved ones. Exactly similar to the old story. Will this issue ever be resolved, or will it be the start of something new? Ignoring the matter is also an option. Continuing with their everyday routine is generally a wise decision. That's just for the time being, of course. Till the plot leads them to someone they should have never encountered.
8 121Everhearth
The world has been carried on the backs of great legends, few remembered - most forgotten. But as his wishes come true sotoo will their price, of what must be had to start it all? For this child, nothing could be so easily gained, a peerless journey beyond the horizon in the name of forgotten struggles and blissful tellings of Adventure. See to the end, whatever it may be, the encounters he desires are not for the faint of heart.
8 179Starship Reincarnator
Ryan was walking home from work after a long day of work when he got hit by a truck and killed. Instead of finding himself in the afterlife, he wakes up in the black abyss of space as a spaceship. To make matters worse, his new body barely functions and without the help of others he is doomed to die again. Can he find the right people to bring repair him, or will he doom them to die with him? *Author's note* This is a rewrite of Spaceship Reincarnator, with hopefully more likable characters.
8 203Fate Overcharge (Stalled)
Rin Tohsaka, the young genious magus who, using the power of the holy grail, built an empire spanning the whole world, decides to use the power of the second sorcery to expand her empire to other realms and... Ehm, sorry, wrong story. Err, alright, starting again... Rin Tohsaka is the current head of the Tohsaka family and a likely master in the upcoming fifth grail war. She doesn't have a wish she wants granted, but she will fight to win. For if there is a battle to be fought, could a Tohsaka settle for any less than a complete victory? This is a fan fiction for the Fate/StayNight and an alternative rendition of the fifth grail war that introduces new characters, and shows never before seen sides of the old ones. Since this is a fan fiction, knowledge of the original works is needed to understand it. Watching stay/night or zero should be sufficient, but reading both works along with Hollow Ataraxia is recommended for not missing any details. (I won't assume the readers have read Hollow A.) - Warning: Tagged Mature(+15) mainly for violence and strong language. Nothing graphic, and still a lot milder than the original Visual Novel - Note1: I am trying to improve so constructive critisizm and random comments are welcome. Note2: Be warned! Update rate will likely be slow. How slow, I can't say. Note3: I don't consider any side works in the franchise as cannon. So if, for some reason, Nero is summoned, do not riot when he turns out to be a burly, hairy caster. (That won't happen!)
8 325Mindful Secrets
"Waking up everyday shouldn't be this boring..."That's what 17 year old Dakota Brooks thinks about every single day of his life. He lost his parents at a young age and something seems to be troubling his mind ever since. Why does he feel this way when everyone at school clearly likes him?Maybe it's the dream that haunts him everytime he sleeps or maybe the sadness of his parents death still plagues his mind. In any case, things aren't gonna stay the same when the newcomer arrives. And it seems the newcomer also has a past he wants to keep buried.
