It was like any other day until all around the world land masses began to appear in locations where they did not belong, while places that were originally not connected became connected and giant doorways appeared. People called them Gates. It made sense since they connected Earth to Other worlds.

First the country's that had the Gates appear in their country each reacted in some sort of way, most sent in their respected military forces and closed the areas off, they were confused on what was going on, some sent soldiers into the Gates while others just watched, some tried to figure out what this meant or if it meant anything at all, while the smaller countries that did not have a military force could not afford to send anyone beyond the Gates, others simply just left them how they were. After about 24 hours of the Gates appearing more began to show up, the difference was they were not activated they were just empty doorways, other Gates appeared in isolated places on earth and in other areas.

sometime after the Gates appeared some of the country's military begun to return out of the portals with wounded and behind them were creatures, people thought those creatures were just fake before now, some never even seen or heard of those creatures, the countries that had not sent forces into the Gates had the same thing happen to them, creatures came out of the Gates while the ones that had not cared about the Gates well no one knows if they had creatures come out, or if the Creatures are somewhere in their country now.

Some of the leaders of the country's held broadcasts and informed their people on the matter while other people learned about Gates from the internet and news broadcasts from other countries. The question is what will happen next and how will people react to the news?
