After Sparx went away, a voice came.
SWEIZA[So? How did the plant went?]
KARON [Geez, only if i haven't lost the bet from you, i would have opportunity to gain more divine energy if i would have asked some of his pills as payment too but why you wanted to kill him in first place?]
SWEIZA [HMPH! I don't want anyone stronger than my older sister. I'll kill 'em before I get any chance to get stronger.]
KARON [Geez, so it was for me all along?]
SWEIZA smiled and nodded.
2 years before the the arrival of Sparx in herb heavens:-
SWEIZA [hey sis, why you always stay in your dimension? You dont even play with me now.]
KARON [Don't disturb me, i am busy for now.]
SWEIZA [Hmph! You always say that whenever i came to play with you, Yeah! How about a bet? Let's have a food competition! If whoever eats the given food first, the loser will complete the winners wish whatever it is?]
KARON [Oh? I know you are glutonny but are you thinking you can defeat me?]
SWEIZA [Yep, i think so!]
They both smiled and random food was brought to the dimension.
SWEIZA [Ok! I will toss this fire ball, when it touches the ground we will start!]
KARON [Geez, fine by me]
The contents were delicious fruits, cakes, spicy fruits, sweets etc.
The contest started, after a while it was looking like karon was close to win the contest but suddenly sweiza used a speed boost skill and finished the contents faster then karon.
KARON [Hey! Hey! Hey!?? You used a skill??? Isn't that cheating?]
Sweiza smiled and replied.
SWEIZA [Nope, did i ever said skills are prohibited?]
KARON [...nvm you won, so what you want me to do?]

SWEIZA [Hmmm for now i am not in any mood so how about we keep it for future use?]
KARON [Hmmm ok then]
Present time:-
SWEIZA[Hehe, so what was your masterplan to kill him?]
KARON [I sent him to the direction of the mysterious portal.]
SWEIZA [What? You somehow convinced him to enter that portal??? Wasn't that dungeon where you couldn't even kill monsters of the first layer in the dungeon? Hehe you sure made a good plan with 100% guarantee.]
KARON [Don't remind of that situation, i used all of my skills and items and still couldn't defeat a single lowest level monster of that dungeon, those lowest level monsters were like they could even destroy our real universe several times, i everytime ran away with spatial potion which allows the user to run away from any dungeon or closed space. Now go away i have to gather more divine energy for my next dungeon preparation.]
SWEIZA [but what should we do with his freinds?]
KARON [Don't do anything, just alter their memories a little bit and when thier trip is over then send them back to thier homes.]
SWEIZA [Ok fine, i was thinking to have some fun with them but leave it.]
Karon sighs

Malt the Manslayer
This story does not follow a hero. Malt doesn’t slay dragons with a holy sword nor is he granted immense magical power when he transfers. Unlike his three classmates, he was brought into the new world not as a mythical hero, but with stats comparable if not worse than the average townsfolk. Assaulted by feelings of inadequacy and weakness, he leaves the comfortable castle life that the royalty offered him and decides to help his new country in the only way he thinks he can. By joining the war on the southern border. Not a war against mythical beasts or powerful demons, but against other humans. He thought that he’d finish a single deployment then come back to the castle, proud enough to stand beside his friends again. Little did he know that he’d become one of the most feared fighters on the battlefield, killing so many that he’d earn the moniker, “Malt the Manslayer.”

The Queen's Guard
Friedrich Schreiner is a proud gefreiter of the Queen's Guard, 2nd Company: the finest fighting infantry on the continent (barring the Temple Guard; but please don't bring that up). Service is honourable but, with the Empire on a peacetime footing, terribly boring. Affairs take a dramatic turn for the worse when a mysterious invader uses a forgotten and taboo magical means to breach the capital, plunging the nation into chaos and endangering the royal family. With events spiraling out of control, Friedrich is entrusted with a critical mission. Will hot lead, cold steel, and his determination be enough to see him through? The Queen's Guard is what I'm calling a black powder fantasy story: it's set in a loose equivalent of the early 18th century (plus or minus a few pieces I decided I wanted or didn't want). Magic exists, but not in a spell-slinging sort of way: it's Earth-shaking undertakings or minor enchantments forged in by master craftsmen, the grand working of a secretive cabal or a slight nudge to the course of a blow. I, the eternal optimist, have a full trilogy in mind. The first book is The Prince's Arquebusier, hence the cover and the title disagreeing! This is my shot at 2021's NaNoWriMo and RR Writathon! I've hitherto been terrible at writing long-form fiction, so this is an effort to break out of that by having some accountability in being supposed to post chapters regularly. Here's hoping it works! I have an outline, but not too much detail. I'll do my best to avoid continuity errors, doing anything glaringly stupid, or otherwise fluffing my lines, but I can't make any promises on that. Please do let me know any feedback! Always happy to improve. [participant in the Nov 2021 Royal Road Writathon challenge]

ALmond
When Max O'Brien receives an almond with a skull painted on it, he initially plays it off as a prank. But, after his wife leaves town, he begins discovering more of the nuts hidden around the house. More disturbing than that is that some unseen intruder is keeping an accurate running count. The more almonds Max finds, the stranger things get. Mysterious noises. Moving objects. Damaged valuables. It's a haunting that grows in power with each success in the involuntary scavenger hunt. As the almonds pile up so do the threats until Max realizes he may just not survive. ____________________________________________________________________________ Author note - This is a short work originally written for Wattpad's Novella Contest (finished second overall). It's a total of 11 chapters and just about 23k words. I'll post a chapter every 2-3 days so it'll wrap up fairly quickly. Anyone in the mood for a quick goofy/creepy read should give it a try. Thanks.

Man in Demon's Skin
“One million seventy-three thousand five, one million seventy-three thousand six, one million seventy-three thousand seven, one million seventy-three thou—eh?” A white light appeared. My sight’s coming back! It’s coming back! Finally, after one million seventy-three thousand seven and a half seconds, I can see! Wait, if I can see does that mean that I can speak? Hurriedly, I opened my mouth and said—no, shrieked, “I’M FREEEEEEEEE!!!”
