"No.. nonn.!"
I ran with my wings down towards the dwarf fortress.
I was greeted by silence.... a magical silence.
I could not see anyone outside. The wind whistled in my ears.
"They are here... I can feel them!"
I opened my eyes from my white, spiritual head and saw thousands of invisible enemy soldiers.
Powerful magic had made them undetectable. Not even Cabal or Star had seen a thing.
An hour before, the dragoness was sharing recipes that would use restored kitchen tools.
The dwarf princess had her back to Kate, busy using the electric whisk to froth the cream and make the first whipped cream and sugar pies.
"As she grabs the cream foam, she will freeze the sugar and give it a crispness"
Kate: "Momo, do you want to try it?"
but Momo, with his back to the window, didn't answer, just a thin stream of blood beaded from the corner of her mouth,
Kate: "Momo???"
With a blank look, Momo slumped forward, revealing an arrow lodged in the back of her neck.
She was dead, her eyes open.
Kate: "ALLEERRRRRRTE! ROAAAAR!"
She grabbed the dwarf princess Pixel with one paw to protect her
Elite archers had killed the guards and managed to override the surveillance systems with special magic.
Arrows bounced on the dragonness protecting the small princess, frozen by the shock of the death of Momo.. her friend.
Kate's other servant and friend had also died.
Kate then rushed inwards through the maze towards the train line
"To the base. Fall back!"
The dwarves, taken by surprise were being pushed back by a fearsome creature that resisted any physical attack.
Their eyes lit up when the dwarf king saw Kate arrive safely with the princess.
The dwarves were boarding the underground train.
"Hurry, we'll seal the passage with lava." shouted a dwarf officer.

But Kate could feel the rage rising inside her.
Having secured the princess, she turned back to the dwarves and charged at the hideous creature.

It was a Beholder, a guardian using projectile resistance powers, resistant to any physical attack and equipped with a petrifying gaze, fire breaths and a disintegration cone. This creature was by far capable of standing up to a dragon!
Kate blew into the pile(crowd) and pulverized all the warriors in front of the dwarves' front line but she quickly faced the monster.
The rage inside her made her understand Carnage's rage, his reasons for it, and everything became clear to her, but it was too late. She realized her mistake too late.
Untrained, unable to fight, she screamed after me.
"Help! CARNAGE!!! HEEELP!!"
The combat drones were put on alert and the defense systems activated, invisibility lifted by the relentless attacks.
Soon, the elven troops were torn apart, but the Beholder resisted and the troops got behind it, taking cover, like infantry taking cover behind a tank.
Kate's fire breath met the Beholder or "Spectator" but it fired a disintegrating cone that negated all of the dragoness' mana and cone strength, negating her efforts;
She wanted to jump on him but he teleported to her back, biting her right shoulder, his fangs penetrating the very strong white scales with magnificient gems embedded..
With her long neck, she bit the beast that greeted her with a cone of petrification that burned her cheeks and jaw with the cold.
She let out a hiss of pain and went to roll at the feet of the dwarf warriors still in place.
They signaled her to board the train's flatcar.
Her nose was bleeding and her teeths must have injured the inside of her cheeks, and bloody drool was dripping like a trickle.
The dwarves regained ground against the pulverized troops.

But the Beholder slammed into Kate's side again, causing her to scream in pain.
Fear of death gripped her mind and she prayed that the eggs in her belly would not be shattered.
On the ground, she wanted to stand up to meet a stream of slime on her head.
The monster was going to break her neck.
She collapsed, waiting for the fateful blow and suddenly a breeze.
Was her head separated from her body?
No, it was Carnage who had grabbed the monster in his jaws.
But against all odds, it resisted and its flesh and scales withstood the dragon's onslaught.
The elves and mages following the creature continued to buffer it, magically supporting it while strengthening it.
But, against all odds, the dragon took the monstrous ball with him and approached one of the lava-filled cracks at the bottom of the cave, near the dwarf forges.
Everyone saw the two gigantic, tangled creatures roll towards the infernal abyss.
Then, all the eyes widened at the speed and the unheard-of violence shown before them.
The fall was inevitable.
The ball of flesh and scales hit the cliffs.
The beholder realized the situation and tried to blow toward the dragon, but Carnage had turned the monster's face in front of him, holding him by the back.
Magic attacks from its tentacled eyes tried to inflict damage on Carnage, but in its hydra form, the magic was impassive to it. It had no effect.
Only light attacks could affect him, but that was a rare magic and even rarer among monsters of evil alignment.
His eye opened even wider, only to close behind the massive eyelid when impact with the molten lava was inevitable.
Obviously, it was no use.
The creature let out a shrill cry of pain before finally dying out.
The dwarves ran to one side of the crack to watch their God perish and the elves, on the other side, too interested, briefly stopped the fight.
The dragoness, panting, was cared for in the back and unable to move, covered with various wounds and bruises.
The dwarves cried out in fear as they saw Carnage disappear into the lava and the elves shouted victory and looked at the dwarves cruelly.
The dwarves, without their defenders and the few robots trapped outside, felt lost.
Faced with the archers, the dwarves laid down their weapons and fell to their knees.
The train left, along with the dragoness and members of the royal family and most of the dwarves.
Those who had surrendered had allowed the others to escape. Their sacrifice was not in vain.
The elves were furious at their enemy's flight and their commander raised his arm to signal the archers to execute the surrendered Dwarf rear guard.
But, against all odds, a monster emerged from the crack, glowing like lava.
The dwarves and elves alike were struck down by the fiery creature before them.
As if out of a hot bath, Carnage emerged from the lava and shook himself among the elven troops, giving them a taste of the delights of a lava bath.
It was carnage just like his name. But the 5 heads began to blow like a leaf blower on the elves, but with acid, cold, lightning and fire.
Within a minute, the entire fortress was cleared and when Carnage finally emerged into daylight, the troops outside, several thousand strong, were greeted with a hellish roar that struck down the most hardened.
Before them stood a monster. An antediluvian monster, from another time, from another era, far away, but one that demanded its return to its rightful place.

The Second Coming of Fate [A High Fantasy Story]
Prologue Arc: The Day That Begins Your Fate - COMPLETED Story Arc 1: Chaos in the Lamorian Kingdom - ONGOING Please consider following/leaving a rating. I plan to turn this into a long lasting series, and it would really mean a whole lot to me. :) ----- Having succumb to amnesia, Galvin one day appears in the Grand Forest east of the capital kingdom Lamora. For the next two months, he lives a perfectly carefree yet boring life until one fateful day changed everything. Encountering all sorts of characters and dealing with all sorts of shenanigans, Galvin begins to experience visions of what appears to be the future. With this newfound power in a world full of magic, yet plagued with war, discrimination, and brutality, will Galvin be able to change fate…or die trying? ----- Do you like stories where the protagonist doesn't start out strong and is deeply character driven (with a LOT of inner monologues)? A story that has its fair share of comedic and dark moments? Well then you've come to the right place! However, if you're looking for LitRPG mechanics, then unfortunately, this story doesn't contain too many of them. The dynamics of the story will be based on real life physics and mechanics (with a bit of magic of course!) Also, I delve deeply into a lot of disturbing topics, so readers do be warned. However, if any of this sounds interesting to you, then please come by and give my story a read. ----- Expect releases as soon as possible (which is like 4 - 10 days). Just know that I'm writing this story as it progresses, so a lot of first drafts are to be expected. :D

The Journey of a Lazy Magician
As the state of the world grew dangerous everyday as the Demon Lord whom have the capability to destroy the world, will be un-sealed soon and the attacks of the demon forces' became more frequent, what better time it would be to be held as one of the richest person in the world. Only a sane person with the right mind would do that. Having to acquire something before an inevitable and hopeless end is the best option rather than trying to find the solution for the end of the world. I mean, the device used to re-seal the Demon Lord is gone. It could be under the ocean for all we know so why waste you're energy on stupid things like that? Of course, why would I waste my energy to do my incredibly hard goal when I can have my fellow party members to do it. Saving their "lives" from lesser goblins using a stick as a weapon usually does the trick to get someone on board so I think I'm pretty much set. *The cover photo is mine :3* AN: And thus, a schedule has been formed! I would be posting new chapter ever 2-3 days and if i haven't posted in this time, then something happened to me personally that makes me unable to post chapters in the scheduled time. The reason will mostly be school or i just have a lot of things scheduled in a certain day, etc. Sorry if it did happen as i am a very busy senior high student and could only write in his free time. Anyway, that is all and have a good day/night, the person who is reading this!
