A Philippine Navy C259 Maritime patrol Aircraft is patrolling 39 kilometer Northwest of Scarborough Shoal, While patrolling the Philippine EEZ (Exclusive Economic Zone) one of the maritime patrol crew has been spotted a medieval era wooden Galleon ships and lots of wooden fishing boats are scattered in that area. At first he don't even mind since maybe it is just a fishing vessel but when he looked it again he was shocked after seeing a Medieval Galleon ship and suddenly he report it to his fellow crew in that Aircraft.

"Damn, It's too rare to see this ocean with no Chinese warship has been spotted on this area? We don't even hear their annoying warnings today? Hmmm? Wait? what's with those fishing boats, there's a large wooded ship in the middle of them? Is that a medieval Galleon ship? oh never mind, Wait? A GALLEON SHIP!?

His fellow crew does also spotted it and they immediately reported it to their HQ.

"It really doesn't make sense? Only the US Navy Constitution and Spanish Navy San Juan are the only thing that it uses medieval wooden ships in their unit until today but we don't even heard that they even coming to our country?" We will ask the DFA (Dept. Foreign Affairs) about this.

The PN Naval Air base in Cavite, Brigadier General Arthuro Quinto has called DFA Secretary Soma Cruz about this incident.

"Hello Good day Mr. Secretary"

"Good day By the way Who is this?"

"This is Brigadier General Arthuro Quinto of Heracleo Alano Philippine Navy Naval Air Base in Cavite, I call you up this morning since I have some important Question for you Mr. Secretary."

The DFA Secretary replied

"Does the USA Government or Spanish Government has called for a warship visits in our country?"

DFA Sec. Soma Cruz Replied

"No? Why? Is it the Navy will be the first one who will be communicating with their warship?"

B.Gen argued with the DFA Secretary

"That's the reason we've been calling you, since they don't even communicating with us! we already dispatch an OPV (Offshore Patrol Vessel) in the vicinity and we already ask the Coast guard to deploy their Vessel as well."

Suddenly an urgent interruption call from the C295 Maritime Patrol Aircraft in the Naval base

"HQ this is spotter 1 we have spotted the Medieval ship has started firing their cannon balls on one of our filipino fishing boats in the area we need immediate backup ASAP!"

the Brigadier General has been informed about the incident and suddenly has ask for the DFA Secretary to call the attention of the President about the rogue wooden warship incident.

"Mr. Secretary I need to end this call since there was a urgent incident happen the Wooden rogue warship has started firing a shot on our filipino fishing boats"

DFA Secretary replied

"Oh my God! okay I'm going to end this call now and I'm sorry again about before"
