Winterberry Sanctum:

Location: Middle Layer (Human Realm), Under Winterberry City
First Appearance: Book 1: Chapter 4 - Tainted
Overview:
Constructed by the angels of the First Sphere the Winterberry Sanctum is one of the three Sanctums that exists in the Human Realm and houses the Realm's life force. The Human Realm being the bridge between the bottom layer (Netherworld) and the top layer (Heaven) it is of utmost importance that the life force is guarded since anything that happens to it will have direct repercussions on Realms across the rest of the universe.
Caden Griffin, the Deliverer of the Thirteenth Tainted Generation of Healers was able to use the life force (as well in the other Sanctums) to form Seals that kept the supernatural from crossing over to the Human Realm.
The Chief Dominion, Chief Power, and Chief Virtue are in charge of watching over the Seals.
During the events of Providence the Seals were attacked by four members of the Tainted Generation with the clever use of spells that allowed them to possess angelic Containers, infiltrating the ranks of Dominions, Powers, and Virtues, and get close enough to destroy the Seals. They succeeded and trapped the majority of angels in Limbo leaving only Nananiel behind.
The Exploding Sky (Naomi falling):

Location: Middle layer (Human Realm)
Chapter: Book 1: Chapter 6 - Patient
Overview: Following the Tainted Generation's attack on the Winterberry Sanctum and subsequent breaking of Caden Griffin's seals Naomi fled the scene while assaulted by an army of spirits. Her struggle culminated in her Container being infected with an Boggad Infectious Metamorph In a last ditch effort her body attempted to rid of the virus resulting in a massive blast in the sky.
Providence Infirmary Transportation Sigil:
First Appearance: Book 1: Chapter 6 - Patient
Overview: A Transportation sigil originating from Esther Rosario's book she left for her grandson. The gray magic spell grants access to a mystical hospital in a warded sub-Realm filled with supernatural ailment healing resources.

Providence Infirmary

Location: Sub-Realm of Unknown Layer
First Appearance: Book 1: Chapter 7 - Infirmary
Overview: For some reason the sigil to the sub-realm was in a book previously owned by Esther Rosario. It is not clear if she was involved in its creation or not. The Infirmary was named "Providence" by Ezequias Rosario and Ugo Morata and serves as their group's main base of operations. It has a massive library with an absurdly large collection of books, a dispensary, a ward, multiple labs, patient rooms, surgical rooms, etc.
Providence Heavenly Sub-Realm

Location: Top Layer (Heaven), Sub-Realm: Providence
First Appearance: Book 1: Chapter 25 - Preoperative
Overview: According to Isaac Noble, is a project led by Alexander Skaggsy and Seraphina Gussalen of the Thirteenth Tainted Generation of Healers. The two weren't able to finish constructing the Realm and that is why it feels incomplete. The exact reasons behind the making of the Sub-Realm is unknown.
Under the clouds and cathedral is a paradisiacal garden and there is a sealed mysterious door that can only be opened with an Amalgamation performed by the Vicar and Diagnostician. Isaac is hellbent on getting Zeke to help him open it claiming it will save the world.
Irin's Arrival

Location: Top Layer (Heaven), Sub-Realm: Providence
Chapter: Book 1: Chapter 32 - Pyrexia
Overview: Having escaped Limbo and fed up with Nananiel's failures, Irin resolves to travel to the Providence sub-realm as soon as Isaac undoes the cloaking spell he put on Naomi. She arrives in a fiery fashion, armed up and ready to kill any heathen who dares impedes her from returning Naomi to Primum Paraiso, on the mountain top of Maliel.

Chapter: Book 1: Chapter 32 - Pyrexia
Overview: The stage for the final battle of Book 1. An instable Irin faces a tag-team formed by Ezequias Rosario and Ugo Morata.

Catielleneth's Final Attack

Location: Top Layer (Heaven), Sub-Realm: Providence
Chapter: Book 1: Chapter 33 - Cure
Overview: The godly one-hit attack that reduced Irin to ash.
As Irin's instable Container was set to erupt taking the entire Realm down with her Ezequias Rosario made a hail mary and used the Communicator Lobe given to him by Viola Balles to spread the word about Naomi's true genetic identity and her real name. Capitalizing on the magical link between the names of entities and human being. Word about Naomi's real name spread fast filling with her intense power to the point she gained access to her true form and was able to defeat Irin.
Gill's Mansion

Location: Middle Layer (Human Realm), Zurich

Overview: A massive mansion hidden away in the snowy mountains of Zurich constructed and owned by Gilliam Destrian. During the events of a Pestilence monumental tragedy occurred at the residence that kickstarted the insidious plot of releasing a mutating virus onto mankind
