Zoey POV
Wow this school is huge! I thought as I walked in to see a horrible sight.People were throwing stuff at a kid with deep brown spiked hair,chestnut eyes,mixed skin tone and a turquoise shirt was yelling " Leave me alone it's not my fault I'm like this!".
I managed to push through the crowd,grab the kids wrist,and get him to the office before he could say a word.
"Why did you do that?I'm just a freak."He sounded very unconfident.
"Well I can spot the good and bad in people also I need some friends..." My voice trailed off.
"Duck!"He yelled as the crowd formed again.I pulled open an umbrella.
"So you're new here?"He asked.
" Yeah and I'm Zoey,but you can call me Zoe if you would like." I smiled.
"Mike.Zoey do you know where to go?"Mike asked.
"Not the slightest clue."We laughed a bit as we got up and ran from the crowd.
"What class are you in I'm in A207?"He asked.
"That's my class too."We finally began to walk, he walked into the room and sat down.
Mike POV
Wow Zoey is as sweet as the sky is blue.
"Everybody we have a new student.Meet Zoey Brooks.Would you like to tell us about yourself?" Ms.E asked.
"No and where do I sit?" Zoey asked looking at me.I felt my face heat up as she looked at me.
"Well do you know anybody yet?" Ms.E asked with a comforting smile.
"As far as I know Mike and I are friends." Ms.E looked shocked as she pointed to her seat right next to me.
"Is there a problem with us being friends?"We said together laughing a bit.
"Mike you can show Zoey around the school and the bits of crazy your hiding from her."I grabbed Zoey's hand and walked.
"What does she mean show me the bits of crazy your hiding from me?" Zoey was confused and I was shattered inside knowing my only friend would become a memory.
