So I'm just minding my own business in the chorus room after school. I was about to leave, then Alex comes in. This idiot locks the door behind him, just so he can make a move on me. I'm definitely back to hating him. Is he crazy? He's ugly and I'd never EVER kiss him.
He comes up to me after I confessed that I don't hate him, and he thought that that was like some sign to come and kiss me. He's such a player. He tries to kiss every girl (and boy) he sees. I couldn't even name them all.
First Angela, (he did kiss her, you know that) then Emma, then Mackenzie, now me? This boy just makes his way through my group of friends! But Angela and Mackenzie were the only ones to actually have feelings for him.
Ew, that was disgusting. I don't even want to think about that ever again. I don't want my first kiss to be with Alex. Andrew is fine, but Alex? No. I'd rather not.

I was sitting at home, daydreaming away. It was Alex and I, just like today. The same things happened; he made me forgive him, he came up to me and tried to kiss me. But in the daydream, I let him kiss me. And it was... good. Really good.

He is a genuinely nice person trying to make the best of his situation. If you want a main character that revels in killing people, this is not the book for you. This is a reworking, and continuation, of my original novel into first person. And it is going great! The writing is well past where my original novel got to. This work will never be dropped.
