passed by with memories overflowing like the ocean. Kentrell asked me to be his girlfriend and I agreed, I would be rounding up college in less than a few weeks and also I'd been convinced by Darajah to get an Instagram to 'stunt on hoes'.
"May, Tay being scary and don't wanna watch IT with me." And Kayden with the rest of his two siblings and I grew closer overtime and would even sleepover at my place sometimes whenever Kentrell had them but was too busy with music.
They were currently at my place that I still shared with my cousin, Lulan but she was out doing her most of the times then just returns home to sleep and wasn't really being much of a bother since a month ago when she apologized to me and wanted us to be like we used to be— friends.
"Draco it's called scaredy not scary, scary is the one who's feared and scaredy is the one who fears, got that?" I corrected Kayden and passed him some carrot soufflé and a spoon.
"Ohhhkay, thanks for that May." He said before quickly digging into his plate. I told him he was welcome then adjusted Kacey's bib before giving him a coconut and pineapple mix juice in his sippy cup. Kentrell would throw a fit if he were to find out it's not apple juice but I mostly couldn't help but give the adorable boy what he wanted to have with his cute self.
"Dummy." Taylin giggled while pointing at Kayden. His own face was smeared with bits of his food. "May Yay, Draco is a dummy an' you's smart."
I cooed at him and reached across the kitchen counter to pinch his cheeks making him to flash me his cute gap teeth and blush profusely.

"Tay shut up you's the dummy and your mom is why cuz she do crack while pregnant with you." Kayden stuck his tongue out to his brother who was clearly clueless to his utterance but still returned the gesture.
"Oh my gosh, Draco don't ever say that word again. To anyone at all, do you hear me?" I reprimanded him sternly. He nodded but still smacked his pouty lips and tried to hop down his seat but I stopped him, "Aht aht, Mugga pick up your empty dish and drop it in the sink."
After he did as told, he showed his middle fingers to us before running out of the kitchen. Bad ass lil man.
Kacey was through with his drink, he started snuggling into my arms more and twiddling with my earlobe, I instantly knew he would fall asleep soon. I stood up with the drowsy boy on my hip and guided Taylin off his seat with my free hand. Taylin joined his older brother in the living room to watch How To Get Away With Murder reruns, their favorite program.
I laid Kacey to sleep on my bed and left the slightly opened to hear him when he wakes up then I went to join the other boys in the living room. Only to find them both on Instagram live already accumulating a good amount of viewers— for letting the prodigal child know my password, that was one of the side effects/consequences.
They had my phone propped up on the sofa against one of the throw pillows, while Taylin was busy trying to read the words on the screen, Draco was behind him throwing gang signs and quoting some of his father's lyrics.
I quickly grabbed my phone and swiped out of the app. Both kids groaned and went to sit and continued watching their program. I shook my head. Just when I settled down to see what had them so attached to the series for myself, Kentrell wanted to FaceTime.

"Heyyy Kenny Pooh," I said once his hardened face popped up. I knew how much he resented the name but I thought it was perfect for him. "Why's your face looking like that?"
"I seen my fanpages reposting Draco and Tay videos from a live minutes ago, show me them rugrats," I chuckled and switched the camera to the boys who were too focused on their show until their father hollered, "Yo Draco, Tay!" They swiftly came over and snatched the phone from my grasp and ran back to their seats to chat with their father.
"Daddy I had cake! May Yay gave me kisses too and orange juice! She do everything by herself daddy!" Taylin screamed trying to get into the screen with his face all over the phone.
"Quit spitting on the screen, you gon' crack it with all'at breath I smell." Draco dismissed his brother who wasn't letting up either, both of them wanted to be seen and speak at the same time. They were both a mess.
"They not givin' you too much stress not letting you study, are they?" I rolled my eyes at Kentrell.
"Come on Kentrell, it's nothing. You know I prefer reading in the AM. They're like my own little friends and I love having them around so it's never too stressful." I smiled.
"You kno' I see you being the cool mom to our daughter soon. Real soon." Kentrell smirked and bit his lip.
I blushed and smacked my lips, "Bye baby, I'll see you later this evening. Get back to work."
"A'ight mama take care."
