You then laugh to yourself as you run a hand through your hair, sitting on your bed.

Then remembering that your friend wanted you to call, you smile.

Dialing her/his number, you heard it ring for awhile and then your heart stopped.

You look over to the doll and hear the phone ring from it.

you mutter and put your phone down.

You took a few steps towards the doll,

You step closer.

You then lock your eyes with it while feeling on its chest and that's when you felt it.

You reach between his overalls and shirt and grabbed the phone.

You jumped as it's head snapped towards you, eyes on you.

You yelped and then your heart stopped as the power went off, the room being completely dark.

You walk backwards, keeping yourself directed towards the doll as you make your way to the fuse box.

'How convenient the lights went out, just great' you thought.

Your heart began racing more as you flipped the switches rapidly then the lights finally came on.

You peeped around the corner just to see it in the same position.

Laughing to yourself, you put a finger on your lips, thinking.

You stay by the corner and point to the doll,

Stepping towards the doll, keeping a bit of a distance, you sit on your bed. you gesture towards your face.

You looked at the doll for awhile, almost expecting a response.

standing up, you go to your fridge, pulling out a Y/F/S.

Snapping it open, you take a sip while leaning on the counter.

Not exactly directing your attention to the doll, you speak more. you look down to the floor but study the doll from the corner of your eye, seeing if it would move. Placing down your soda on the counter, you sigh.

Then you saw something move and you grabbed a spatula and jolted your body to the side, pointing it at the doll, You lower the spatula as you saw the doll in the same position.

With your other hand, you grab your drink and sip on it before placing it back on the counter,

Facing your body back to the doll, you study it.

Minutes pass, all that could be heard was the beeping in the apartment and your own breathing.

Then you jumped as you heard someone knock at your door.

Rushing to the door, you fix your hair before opening it.

A smile grew on your face as you saw your close friend, Y/F/N.

He/she smiled at you before pushing himself/herself in with ease,

You shut the door and turn around to face him/her.

She/he pointed to the doll then faced you,

you let out a breathy laugh.

He/she laughed, He/she grabbed the sides of your arms while giving you a reassuring smile.

You stay like that for awhile as you glance over to the doll.

It was previously looking to the right, but now it's looking right at you.

Your heart stopped until your friend shook you,

You look back to Y/F/N and chuckle, you gesture to the couch,

He/she nods.

Sitting together, you clear your throat,

There was a silence for awhile.

you wave a hand in front of his/her face.

he/she shrugged his/her shoulders.

You took a moment to register everything before playfully hitting her/him on the shoulder,

You pull the phone out of your pocket and hand it to him/her while standing up.

You head over to your TV and pull out some movies, laughing to yourself, you turn around.
