People these days are getting bullied everywhere and anyhow. Physical, Cyber, Verbal, Relational.

Ignoring bullying won't stop bullying but in fact might make it worse.

Bystanders also play a role in the bullying process, like doing nothing may encourage for the situation to continue.

Tell someone. Parents, trusted adults, teachers, a good and trusted friend. We lose many of our friends and/or families who commit suicide. Who think their life isn't worth living anymore.

Although I laugh at many things, bullying is definitely not one of them. Bullying isn't funny, it's serious. It can lead to depression, low self-esteem, anxiety and suicidal thoughts.

But we can stop this. It's time to take a stand. Block all the haters, ignore the bullies and defend yourself.

Haters gonna hate...

And talk to those who have been through bad times and help those who are bullied.

You never know that you could change someone's life due to your brave actions.

No one deserves to be treated rudely because of who they are. We all should be treated equally. You are perfectly imperfect.
