《The Life Not Worth Living (HaikyuuxReader)》𝚂𝚌𝚑𝚎𝚖𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝙰𝚌𝚎

After (Y/N) switched back wit Nishinoya the next game started and this time it was against Nekoma, they would finally see if Lev could block the quick attack. They were all a little nervous about this game since this was the first game with Nekoma ever since the first year duo came.
But the stress was worse for Kageyama, he was nervous about the game, and was constantly being teased by the one and only (Y/N). She started calling him Bageyama and even King just to annoy him. She pointed out ever flaw, every mistake, she was really just doing anything to get him pissed.
And it obviously worked.
By the time the Nekoma game started Kageyama's blood was boiling all because of the snarky comments from the shorter girl. Then Tsukishima and Tanaka joining in sometimes didn't help at all.
"Uh (Y/N) why do you keep messing with Kageyama, he's not gonna do as well if he's so mad." Sugawara questioned. "That's the point." the ravenette simply stated, "Huh why would you want that, do you want us to lose?" Hinata pipped in. "If that's what it takes to get his head straight then so be it." (Y/N) sighed.
"Wait what are you talking about?" Sugawara asked, "I'm getting him mad on purpose, he needs to learn to keep his cool if he wants to win." (Y/N) explained. But she could tell the two were still confused so she continued.
"There are always gonna be people who disagree with you, or try to make you mad and mess you up.". "And if you let your own thoughts cloud your head so easily it'll be your downfall, especially if your a setter.". "Kageyama plays an important role in our team, but if he always lets his pride and emotions get in the way he'll always fail.".

"But isn't having emotions a good thing?" Hinata had asked.
"Yeah, but when your angry or irritated those emotions take over in a bad way and you can start to make bad decisions or judgements." (Y/N) stated. "And as a setter he needs to learn to deal with this problem.". "I understand that part, but why are you making him so mad?" Sugawara questioend.
"Simple, Kageyama can be smart when it comes to volleyball, so he'll start to notice his performance depleting and hopefully he can adapt to all these taunts and learn to keep calm." (Y/N) replied. "I already got permission from Ukai, he agrees that Kageyama needs to learn to keep his cool, even if it means throwing a game or two." (Y/N) added.
"Wow, that's really smart." Sugawara said in awe as he looked down at the much shorted girl.
"I guess." (Y/N) shrugged "Kageyama your form was terrible, and here I was starting to think you'd improve!" (Y/N) suddenly called out with a laugh. "But listen you two can't tell anyone I'm doing this, the other might try to help Kageyama, but he needs to do this on his own.". "Also don't tell Kageyama, it will kind of defeat the whole purpose if he knows.".
"Our lips are sealed!" the two said in unison, both with great smiles on their faces.
"Great, now time to get back to taunting.".
~Insert Time Machine Noises~
The game had only been going on for about an hour, and the score was going back and fourth, Karasuno would sometimes get blocked. Nekoma would sometimes get blocked, almost everyone had been blocked. Well except the quick duo, yup Hinata had not yet been blocked so all was going good when (Y/N) had left to refill the water bottles.

But when she returned she quickly approached the bench and started watching the game once more. 'With Hinata there it's the perfect set up for another quick, now let's see where Nekoma is.'. As (Y/N) scanned the Nekoma team she noticed something was different then earlier 'That lev guy, his stance is wider for some reason.'.
And in a quick second everything clicked inside her mind.
"Watch out for eleven!".
But alas her warning didn't reach the team in time.
Once again the ball had fallen on Karasuno's side of the court, and the game had been won by Nekoma instead. Poor Hinata was once again defeated, so (Y/N) quickly rushed to his side and gave him a towel along with a water bottle.
"It's fine, you'll beat them next time, that tall asshole just got lucky." the girl said as she handed Hinata the items. "Thanks." Hinata replied and took the items before running off, followed by Suga and Ukai.
"Shit shit shit." (Y/N) cursed as she approached the rest of the team, she had wanted to run after Hinata as well, but as of now she wasn't the greatest when it came to comforting words. "(Y/N) stop cussing!" Daichi barked and the girl just shut her mouth. "What's wrong with you?" Nishinoya asked the younger girl.
"It's Hinata." she simply stated, "He'll be fine! Shoyo always bounces right back up!" Nishinoya exclaimed. "No he won't at least not this time, he's been blocked to much now, he's gonna start feeling...weak, kinda like Asahi.".
As Asahi started shocking on his water the other stared at (Y/N), they had no idea how she would know something like this without even talking to said boy about it. "Uh how would you know that?" Yamguchi decided to ask. "His face just said that he was sad, I don't know how to explain it." (Y/N) explained.
"But Kageyama should know!" she called out as she pointed at the boy.
"What why me?!" he shouted.
"Your the setter, you should be able to help your spikers like Suga, he ran after Hinata the second he left." (Y/N) said. "Wait I shouldn't expect something like that from a King." she taunted with a glare forced at the boy.
Now that was the last straw, Kageyama was about to blow up at the shorter girl, but before he could the door opened revealing Hinata, Sugawara and Ukai.
"Come on we have our next games." Ukai said.
Now the rest of the games didn't do to well either.
Set after set the team would lose, and the point gap was getting wider and wider each set.
And why, because a certain little ginger was getting, what's the word for it....oh yeah, greedy.
Hinata had started going after the ball when it was clearly not being sent to him. His body was moving unconsciously, and to top that off Kageyama refused to set a normal ball to Hinata. So the team was out of sync, and even thought (Y/N) was yelling at them. Telling them to shape up and win a set, results never came.
And in the end Karasuno ended up leaving the training camp with a great amount of losses.
"Bye (Y/N) I'll see you during summer!" Bokuto yelled.
"Yeah yeah, I'll see ya later." she yawned as she quickly entered the bus followed by the rest of Karasuno.
"She totally wants to be my friend!".
"You wish.".

Welcome to Devos
Welcome to a world where humor, drama, and action clash in epic tales spanning a vast continent....Welcome to Devos An anime styled medieval fantasy world featuring heroes, gods, and demons in a grounded and story/character focused series. A world where the gods of power bestow elemental abilities on those they find worthy. Welcome to Devos is broken up into parts, each part is more or less a complete story that expands the world, characters, and kingdoms of Devos. It plays out a lot like Game of Thrones where instead of a lead character you have an entire cast, each one getting plenty of time to develop over the course of the series. It is a relatively grounded, character and story-driven adventure that focuses on people of interest and their relationships with each other, their nations, and the eight gods of power. While the story features a good blend of light and dark themes it can get really grim at times. The continent of Devos is comprised of 5 territories, they include the three kingdoms of Verdun, Ashmir, and Vespa along with the territories of two demon lords to the north and south. The time period and setting are basically what you would find in a fantasy anime. There are eight gods of power which wield eight different elements and have the ability to "bless" individuals with certain abilities. Monsters roam the wilderness and the ruins/dungeons that are scattered throughout the landscape. Adventurers complete quests, hunt monsters, and explore the vast continent. We've got heroes, demon lords, gods, spys, special operations assault teams, phantom eagles, kings & queens, cursed chickens, talking goblins, and a whole shit ton more already in with plenty more coming soon.
