All I wanted to do was smash his face somewhere .

But what could be even done .

Mein hee hu woh mahaan insaan who wanted to be

Bollywood mein rehkar you've become too filmy.

Anyways for now I should go and get dressed or my new found friend is again gonna tease me like hell . But you know what the fun is , it is that I Nandini Murthy enjoys being teased by a guy . Had it been someone else I would have never tolerated any such thing .

I quickly wore my dress and made my way to the living area .

I saw him talking to someone or rather shouting

" but I told you I will not accept this kind of attitude . If partying hard with his friends is all he wants to do in his life then ask him to get the fuck out of Indian cricket team . "

With that he literally threw his phone and ran his fingers across his hair in frustration .

He looked towards me . His eyes found mine . And a small smile crept on his lips .

He came to me and hugged me I too responded , I was going to hold him when he backed off .

We were hungry so we decided to order something .

" spicy dandan noodles with some kimchi salad "

Said Nandini

" lasagna " said Manik

" I said noodles and kimchi "

" So what I want lasagna "

" Maniiiiiiik " whined Nandu

" Nandiniiiiii " said Manik imitating her

" Yaar I want Chinese "

" That's not fair Nandini , I want Italian "

" But it's too cheesy na Manik " wailed Nandini

" yaar Nandini , dandan noodles are too hot and spicy "

" But Manik you know na I love hot and spicy things "

Hearing this a teasing smirk appeared on his face .

And he said

" oh so miss Murthy likes hot and spicy things 😏 "

She bit her lip as she realised what he meant .

Manik laughed seeing her behave like a bhigi bhilli .

Then he ordered Chinese for both of them .

They ate it with a lot of teasing stuff and fun .

They were playing some video games when Manik's phone rang .

" Nandini please pass me my phone "

She picked up his phone and threw it to him . Manik saw the caller ID and it was Natasha .

" I told you nuts I won't be there Yaar . Why did you even have to do such formality . " Manik spoke

He then took a pause maybe listening to her.

" are babe why are you getting sad . Your feelings count not gifts . "

Nandini fumed hearing Manik call some other girl ' babe ' . Manik saw this and continued being over friendly to Natasha .

" babe Don't be sad no you know I don't like it when that beautiful face of yours turns sad . "

Here Nandini was fuming listening to all this but she tried ls her best to not let it show on her face .

" awwe I miss you too bae "

Now this was it for Nandini . She threw the pillow over his face and went to the terrace .

As soon as she left , Manik smiled and followed her .

She was standing at the terrace leaning on the railing . She was looking somewhat sad .

He went to her and grabbed her waist and rested his chin on her shoulder .

" What "asked Nandini

" What " copied Manik

" What are you doing here , you should be talking to your Natasha after all you miss her so much . " said Nandini avoiding any kind of eye contact .

Manik understood that she was upset .

" Nandini look here , I was just doing all that to irritate you . By the way I wasn't even on call , I had ended it like 10 minutes back . "

Hearing which Nandini had a smile on her face . It was quite evident that she was veryyyyy much happy with this particular news .

Manik wanted to lighten up her mood . So he said

" by the way , by any chances were you I mean you know JEALOUS "

" Why will I be " said Nandini looking here and there to avoid the redness of her cheeks .

Manik pecked her cheek and said .

" you very well know the reason "

With that they went back to the living room .

Suddenly his phone rang.

" Nandini's I need to leave for practice "

He was going when she held his hand and said

" take care "

He went out smiling .

She shut the door and was going to her room when someone pressed the door bell .

" Manikkkkkkk "

As soon as she opened the door someone jumped on her .
