was already late for school when all of a sudden, someone knocks at her bedroom door. The girl groaned, letting the person come inside as she hurried putting on her outfit which was just a turtleneck "hey"

The girl recognized the voice, sighing "hi Lei, i'm kind of late right now because I overslept reviewing and now would you mind staying here-"

He pulled her into a hug "you do know I already informed your professors that you aren't gonna come today right?" She looked at her shocked "Huaze Lei! I didn't told you to do that, now please excuse me because i'm kinda getting later and later by a second"

Lei groaned as he grabbed Li on her shoulders, making them both drop to her bed. By now, Lei was already on top of Li.

"uh Lei, what are you doing?" he couldn't help but stare at her gorgeous features. Her eyes, perfect chin, her clear skin, her lips- he stopped thinking about ideas on what he should do in this current situation.

He should tell Jing about this before he makes a move. So he tickled Li in a sibling matter, her eyes were tearing up due to the tickles her best friend giving her.

The boy thought it would be best if the guys know before Li would. So when they do couple stuff, the three of them wouldn't bother. Not like it was going to happen. But hey, he still has hope.

Li thanked her best friend as she almost fell asleep with her attire on that she was suppose to wear it in school. He couldn't help but stare at her again. "cuddle with me" her rare whines, he couldn't do anything because how much he loved her, she only sees him as a brother, just like the other three.

He asks the whining girl "why?"

"because why not?"

She does have a point. Lei sighed in defeat and got in her bed, cuddling her. Minutes later Li fell asleep in Lei's shoulders, him tucking a strand of hair behind her ear as he placed her properly on the bed. He took one last look at her sleeping body as he came out the room.

He thanked her housemaids for letting him come in, its not like it was his first time visiting her house.

Lei came back to school and met with his group.

Si asked him "so, what happened?"

"i think its best if i should tell you." he looked down, blushing.

the three boys stood there, staring at Lei giving him a confused look. He can just tell they are about to scold them, like a kid.
