You beamed to the class, bowing your head. "I hope you all will take care of me!"
"She's adorable!!" The girls squealed.
Bakugo continued to stare at you in shock.
Is she really the girl from my dream? How? Maybe I'm imagining things...
. . .
Lunch time finally arrived. Since you sat next to a girl named Mina in class, you were already pretty comfortable asking to sit with her at lunch.
"Of course! You can meet the rest of my friends!" She clapped her hands together as the two of you walked out of the lunch line. You looked past her to see a single meat bun at the salad bar.
The last one!
"I'll meet you at the table." You said as you walked past her towards the prize. You arrived to the counter and placed your hand on the bun...
but someone else's hand on it as well.
You looked up to see a red-eyed blonde staring back at you. You furrowed your eyebrows. "My hand was on it first."
The boy's eyes widened, as if no one had ever spoken to him with such attitude before. You recognized him as the kid at the front of your class.
What was his name? Katsuki....Bakuhoe? Maybe it's Bakugo. That sounds right.
"I'm not taking my hand off." He hissed. Your mouth dropped open. "Eh? I clearly got here first!" You growled. He eyed you, irritated.
"Take your damn hand off the meat bun." He snarled.
"Never." You snapped, tugging on the meat bun. Before you knew it, you and Bakugo were playing a game of tug-of-war. After a few seconds, the bun split in half.
"I guess that works." You shrugged, walking around the bar towards Mina's table.
"That's works? That meat bun was supposed to be mine!" He barked. You rolled your eyes. "You have half of it! That should be good enough!"

"You brat." He mumbled as he stepped in front of you, nearly making you trip. You noticed he was heading in the same direction as Mina.
Don't tell me-
"Hey Y/n! Bakugo! Took you guys long enough!" Mina waved to you. You sighed. "You're friends with a crybaby like him?" You whispered as you sat next to her.
"What was that!?" He yelled. The red-haired boy, Kirishima, punched him in the arm. "Quit shouting! Sorry y/n, he's sort of a hot-head."
"Don't worry, I can tell." You mumbled as you shoved half of the meat bun in your mouth. Bakugo growled at you, ready to insult you back, before Kaminari interrupted him.
"So, y/n, do you have a boyfriend?" He asked, placing his hand on his chin. You cocked your head. "Yeah, why?"
The whole table stared at you, including Bakugo. You pursed your lips, trying not to laugh. "I'm totally kidding. I don't fall in love." You chuckled.
Kaminari pouted. "Are you sure you don't?" He formed a phony frown.
"You don't fall in love? How! There's so many cute boys in this town!" Mina blushed. You smiled.
"I think my quirk deflects me from feeling that sort of thing."
Bakugo watched as you picked at your food.
This can't be the girl from my dream. She seemed gentle...this girl is a total brat.
