The wind was strong last night.

It was rainy.

Yet none of these aspects...

stopped my lady.

She ran outside...

her arms extended wide,

And her hair...

she happily untied.

She released her curls,

and went out into the world...

letting the rain soak her skin.

As she twirled...

the skirts of her dress became a hideous mess.

Dirtied with mud...

and debris

and grass.

But none of it bothered her,

and instead she just wandered...

even with the weather being as it were.

Her hair was carried with the wind,

and her behavior was unrefined...

yet I just stood there...

silently resigned.

I knew I must do something...

but then, there was nothing...

to do...

except possibly confronting.

She'd already been through so much...

so instead, I just watched...

as she danced with the rhythm of the wind.
