In east continent, there are more than 10 countries and thousand of cities. My step mom, my sister and I lived in a country called Philippines. The city we lived in the Philippines called Cebu. The approximate populations in Cebu city is about 4 millions of people.

When I step outside the house. What greets me is the morning sunlight hitting my face then basking my whole body. Afterwards, I look up the sky.

The clouds are so clear and the sky are blue. The air is a little bit warm. It signifies, It will not rain this morning.

My first destination is the bus station not far away from here.

While, I'm on the way to the bus station. A red car suddenly, passed me and I stopped for a moment then ponder, I'm going to buy a car someday.

What fascinates me about that car, Is not how cool and good look it is, but underneath, it has no wheels, the car just floating above the ground.

The reason why our technology advances so fast because, during the invasion of monsters. The scientists experimented some goblins, and the downside of it are their body are useless but they found a core inside their bodies.

Afterwards, For many days then weeks of experimenting, unexpectedly, they discovered the usefulness of the core, that it gives a tremendous amount of energy and power.

After analyzing the cores, there is some difference between each cores. The stronger the monster, tend to had a higher density of energy and power stored inside the core.

Back then, such as; cellphones, remote control, clock, calculator and etc. We at least put the battery inside the gadget to work it somehow and if we used it for allocated time or days. The gadgets will turn off, because the battery has already been used or drained.

Now, the scientists revise and enhance all the things, such as; gadgets and technology and etc.

After enhancing and revising. Like cellphone, If you used it non stop like playing games, it will last long for months without charging.

There are more advantages one of is, If you store the core inside a small gun. It enhances the bullet that it can penetrate the thin wall.

Another example are all the cars or vehicles remove their wheels on purpose. Since the usefulness of the wheels is to carry a heavy object, but the cores can compensate for it, because it gives a lot of energy and power that it can sustain any heavy objects.

All the humanity realize how important the core was.

All the countries make an agreement to make the cores become a currency.

When I arrived at the bus station. There are four vacant seats and the other two were occupied by the mother and the child.

I glimpse the child and saw his carrying a book while I sit beside him.

I think that book is familiar. Ahh! I remember when I'm still an elementary my history teacher always brought that book. He even give us some questions that we must answer correctly or there is some consequence. I can't remember all the details but remember some important events. Its' written.

Year 5048

The time where monster started to invade the earth. The south continent encountered the invasion and all the humans in that continent got eradicated.

Year 5048-5052

Monsters started to create their nest in south continent. The human forces keep engaging while using their firearms like guns, bazooka or tanks, armored car and fighting jet to defend but still not enough.

Lastly, the military and governments used their final trump card the atomic weapons to eliminate their nest and eradicate the monsters, but still not enough because there are many of them since most of the monster take only days to reproduced.

Year 5052-5053

They run out all of their ammos. The firearms or fighter jet become useless. The tanks, armored car or any other vehicle used for war were destroyed. No energy for atomic bomb. The only hope for the humankind, which, where the war is concentrated. The country called Grendan in the middle continent.

No one expected that they can hold for 1 year by using only their swords, axe, bow, hammer and any other weapons.

Year 5053-5054

Even the citizen of Grendan are all strong, they are still lacking compared to the monsters.

After 1 year of fighting they can't hold it anymore that they almost lose hope, but something unexpected happen.

Suddenly, the humanity can feel another elements like an air in the earth environment. Which lead us to become more powerful, stronger, faster, more perceptive than ever been. If they attack it amplify their strength. The soldier especially in grendan think they have a chance to take the tides on and have a revenge to their loved ones, but they didn't realize only 1/4 of the population in Grendan left.

Year 5054-5055

For three years of fighting. The warrior of Grendan were exhausted. And All of the them realized that only a hundreds soldiers remain, but there are still more than ten thousand of monsters in the vicinity. Still they didn't want to surrender because they think, that they can still win the fight since the god gave them hope to defend this land and eradicate the monster.

Year 5055

A god descended from the sky.

We look at the sky because it is so bright. We can't see his face since It covered with a light. The god raises his right hand and made the monster stop moving, not only the monster but all of creatures in this planet.

The humanities knows If the god didn't descent, all of them will die.

God : Humans! I will give you one last chance because you entertain us.

He created a large barrier that separated the south continent from other continents. Which encompasses 1/3 of the earth.

God : But there will be outbreak of monsters.

The god suddenly disappeared and all of us can move.

I reminisce those story, then look at the child.

I look at the child, then said.

Ned : Hi! Child you a nice history book you have.

The child look back at me.

Child : Yes! It is.

I smiled and look up on the sky, while waiting for the bus to come.
