Months went on and both Kedi's and Alassie's relationship grew stronger with Thranduil. There were only three woman left until Thranduil would have a queen. Alassie became worried that the relationship wasn't strong enough even though she was ready to take the next step into courting. Kedi was confident in hers. Kedi had gotten a letter to meet with Thranduil to dine with him. Kedi was excited and Alassie was happy for her. While Kedi was getting Alassie decided she would go for a walk. While on her walk she ran into Thranduil.
" Hello," she said smiling.
" Hello," he said smiling, " where are you off to?"
" Oh just walking around and getting ready to go practice my fighting skills," she said still smiling.
" May I join you," he asked.
" Sure," she said. So they walked and talked until they reached the training area. When they walked in Alassie grabbed a sword and so did Thranduil. They circled around each other watching each other closely. Alassie swung under and Thranduil block it. Thranduil swung to the left Alassie blocked then swung up and knocking his sword away. Thranduil kicked her sword out of her hand now they both were going after their swords. Their battle went on until they both were able to get the sword to each others chest. They laughed then draw back. They stared at each other then leaned in and kiss. The kiss gave her hope that there relationship was perfectly fine. When the kiss was over Thranduil realized that he need to get ready for his date with Kedi.
" I wish we could battle more but I have to go," he said.
" That's okay I need to work Duke anyway," said Alassie. Thranduil smiled than turned away. Alassie then started walking toward the stables. When she arrived Duke was happy to greeted her. She saddled him up and started to ride him.

Kedi was excited to dine with Thranduil. She put on a long purple, dress on and prepared herself to greet him. She wished that Alassie was here as she could calm her, but it was time to go. She was escorted to the dinning room where Thranduil was sitting.
" Please sit," he said pointing to the sit next to him than standing up and pulling it out from her.
" Thank you," she said. After eating a few bites of food she said,
" This meal is delicious."
" Thank you," he said smiling. Kedi smiled back. Thranduil grabbed her hand and said,
" Kedi I really like you and I want to get to know you even more than we have."
" Me too," she said smiling. After that they kissed. The kiss was very intense. One could say it came very close to a make out, but Kedi wouldn't let it go that far. After supper was over Kedi came back to her room where she found Alassie painting.
" What are you painting," Kedi said.
" Oh just the sun set," Alassie replied, " How did your date go?"
" It was beyond words," Kedi said smiling, " as is your painting.
" Thank you," she said smiling. There was a knock on the door then two letters were slipped under the door. Both were address to them.
" You open yours first," said Alassie.
" Okay," said Kedi. Her face light up as she read it in her head.
" Well what does it say?" asked Alassie.
" I get to stay," said Kedi.
" Good for you," Alassie said smiling.
" Open yours now," Kedi said.
" Okay I will," Alassie said. After reading her mouth dropped open and tears came to her eyes.
" What does it say?" Kedi said smiling.
