" So what is your name," said Thranduil.

" Kedi," said Kedi.

" That is a beautiful name," said Thranduil smiling.

" Thank you," said Kedi blushing. They rode in silence for a few minutes. Then Thranduil asked

" Would you like to see the kingdom?"

" Sure," said Kedi. Kedi wanted to ride with him on the same horse as Thranduil, so she made up an excuse to ride with him.

" But my horse is tried," she lied.

" Oh well I guess you will have to ride with me," he said even though he could read though her lie. So Kedi dismounted and Thranduil helped her up on his horse and began to tour the outside of the castle. Meanwhile Alassie was becoming more acquainted with Duke. She was now leading him around outside and he was perfectly calm. He was already used to a saddle but no one would ride him. A half an hour later Alassie decided she would ride him.

Thranduil and Kedi had finished up there tour around the outside part of the castle, Kedi went off to find Alassie who wasn't in the stables where they last saw her and so did Thranduil. They both went in different directions. Thranduil figured she was out riding seem how Duke was got and was slightly worried that something bad might happened.

Alassie had gotten the saddle on him with no troubles so decided to get on him. At first he was slightly tense but it got better. She walked him for a little bit and decided to put him into a trot. When she did Duke reared up and she fell off his back, but instead of falling onto the ground she felt hands catch her. When she looked up it was Thranduil.

" Thanks for catching me," she said blushing. Duke shot off in a run. Alassie slide out of Thranduil's arms and said,

" I better go after him," Alassie said turning away.

" Do you need me to come with you?" asked Thranduil.

" No, but thanks for asking," she said run away from him. She had just realized that she really liked him but she wanted to be friends with him first but she took the next step. Thranduil was confused. Something wasn't right about her but he didn't worry about it.

Alassie found Duke grazing on some grass and slowly walked up to him. He greeted her and the look on him almost seem as if he was sorry for making her fall to the ground. She grabbed his reigns and brought him back to the stables and brushed him down. When she was finished she set out to find Thranduil and tell him that she wanted to start out being friends before they went any further in the relationship.
