The four sect leaders were in deep conversation the leader of the Saint path, sect leader of golden dragon sect Long Ji(dragon's back) was especially content with the agreement that they made. But not everyone was happy.

So she preposed this idea and to her surprise the sect leaders agreed.

After the meeting was done all of the sect leader went back and started to choose there partners. Two the four children have to be raised by two elders of the sect. The children have to be raised with the full power of the sect.

Three the children have to from the age of five Lezzarn the core cultivation techniques of the sect. 

Four the four children have to be raised together and Can not be forced to fight or hate each other by the elders. 

And finally five the children only get one treasure of there choice on the start of there cultivation path. 

For the first competition; Once the children turn eighteen the one who has the highest level of cultivation is the the first winner and the sect gets a monopoly on there choice of ore mine.

The second competition is when the children join the sects the first to become a elder and found there own faction. Win the second competition. As of when the winners sect gets

If one sect wins both competitions they become the rightful rulers of the funshi world and in doing so will be backed by the rest of the sects.
