I should have listened to Sam. Kian brought me to a party, he got wasted and ended up bringing some slut home with him instead of me.

We had a solid relationship for 3 months, and everyone was surprised with him. After I went to his house after crashing on the couch at the party, he was pacing around his house like a mad man.

I close the front door, stepping into Kians house. "Kian?" I yelled out, stepping over clothes. I walk into the kitchen and see him pacing around the island. "Whats wrong, Ki?" I ask, placing my phone on the counter and stopping him.

"Sage.. I-I didn't mean to I swear."

"What are you talking about?"

"Sage- I really messed up this time."

"What? What happened?"

"Baby, please hear me out."

As he says that, a blonde walks out of his room, very confused.

"Wheres the advil?" She asks, and Kians eyes fill with tears.

"Sage- You have to hear me out."

"No, Kian. I've heard enough. Why don't you help the lost puppy get advil." I say, tears threatening to fall. "If you dont know already, Kian, we're over."

"But Sage!" He yells out as I quickly leave his house.

"No. Kian." I yell at him, my hand on my car door.

"But... I love you.."

"Apparently not enough. I'm done with your bullshit." I pull my car door open, and start it, driving off, leaving Kian at the curb.

Now, I'm sitting in my room, ignoring the 100 texts I'm getting per minute. I decide to do something, and dress in a black sweater that says "idk google it", maroon colored jeans and combat boots.

I grab my penny, mute my phone and grab $20. I rush out of the house, hopping onto my board. I go downtown, get ben and jerrys from CVS, and head to subway to get a spoon.

I reach my spot in the woods, placing my penny down, sitting on it and pulling my phone out. I play some music softly, and eat the ice cream.

I sit, listening to the sound of nature and my music. Its peaceful, until a twig snaps. My head jerks to the direction the noise came from, and I see a figure.

"Um. Hello?" I say standing up, grabbing my penny.

The figure steps towards me, and its Sam. "Sage? Whats wrong?"

"Sam, I should of listened to you." I say, and tears roll down my face. "Kian.. He-"

"He what, Sage?!" He yelled, getting angry.

"He... Cheated on me.. Please don't do anything, don't hurt him."

"Why not!? He hurt you!"

"Sam, that still doesn't make it okay." I say, falling to my knees. I cover my face with my hands. "Sam.. I should have listened to you..."
