We loved the descriptions in this poem and how it really transported us into a setting and made us feel the emotions that the setting was trying to convey. (Also, it personally resonated with both of us.)

The Espresso Drive-Thru at the End of the World
For Leo, coffee isn't just a morning sip - it's his business. When the stress of grad school got to him, Leo packed his bags and moved northwest, buying a cramped espresso drive-thru to make a living. It's not much, but it's peaceful. Everything changes when a competitor threatens him out of business. The solution comes down like a lightning strike, literally. An injured woman storms down in front of him, claiming to be a sacked ruler from another dimension. Malquea, the Lord of Lords, minces no words: she's there to recover her powers and gain control of both dimensions. In the meantime, she'll be staying with Leo and make full use of her strategy toolkit to defeat (or obliterate) the competition. Now, Leo must guide Malquea through her new life on Earth and keep his business running, all while hoping one of her violent outbursts doesn't end with him cut in half. Pyro is quite a notorious assassin on Earth, and was enrolled in the 'Black hands' in the 'Arachne' Division as one of the best assassins at that time, and the most secretive one. He has different set of values and in some cases lacks common sense, but as being the one who get the job done by any means necessary was one of the reasons to his fame, or infamy, depending on who you would ask. It's year 2026, and the third world war will soon commence, but before that Pyro has a target to eliminate... or two. *** As I am new to writing and not a native english speaker, there is bound to be mistakes, not critical though mind you. Oh and comedy is there just bacause I will try to make MC funny... and happy-go-lucky... probably... oh and he will be/is OP... There's no point in weaklings, right?
