And for the first time, I recognize how alike we truly are. Of course, I've noticed how guarded she was with her emotions but that could've been for a multitude of reasons. But now that I've seen this side of her I can't help but think that maybe she's just as lonely as I am. I reach out and silently link my pinky finger with hers trying to show comfort in a subtle way.
