Straight to my heart,
But there were no clouds in the sky,
Only in his eyes,
And his words like thunders,
And his lips were torture,
And it rained down his cheeks,
Broken promises I could taste on his lips,
And it struck, landing in my soul,
And destroyed the last beam of hope.
