It was snowing on Christmas Eve as it does every year, but now it seemed especially bad. I was driving with my mom and Paul back to our apartment. It was really dark and the snow made it nearly impossible to see.

"I think we should pull over, I can't really see that well," My mom said squinting to see the road.

"I think your mom is right on this on Perce," Paul said.

"Guys come on," I whined. "We're almost home."

My mom sighed. "Alright Percy."
