《the gaang and the fandom》balance

"Onto more music, apparently and there's pictures." The gaang leaned more into him, to see the pictures as the songs played on the black thing.
Trapped in an Iceberg
Lay the Avatar asleep for 100 years
"That's...me and Katara." Aang stated the obvious. He realized this was a drawing of what had happened in the desert.
Fears wrapped in glacial spheres
Peers gone he sheds a tear
Bringing balance to the world is a goal that's becoming clear
Kneeling on the cold ground
Is a prince who's disgracing his father's name
Untamed he lost the game
Honour bound he goes insane
"That's about me." Zuko gasps a little, a little shocked of his appearance.
Hunting for the Avatar
He's carving out his own way
The weight of the world rests on their backs
One needs to step up, one needs to step back
One needs to learn how to fight and survive
And one needs to learn how to try and be kind
"I like the beat. And the stepping up and learning how to fight is about me, right?" Aang asked no one particular. Zuko hummed, nodding. Was this about him and the Avatar's life or something?
I'll never be anything
I gotta be everything
"That's Aang." Katara raised an eyebrow, is this how Aang really felt? Aang liked the melody of his verses, it was sort of subtle yet his style.
The pressure crushing me
Gotta be the one they need
Bending elements at my will
Got a destiny to fulfill
All my friends they got my back
So why do I feel weaker still?
Aang's face is unreadable, jumping from one emotion to another as the verse goes on.
Every hero has a calling
Everyone their part to play
Even if the sky is falling
"I like this!" Toph couldn't see but she could hear the song. "Yeah, it's a nice tune." Aang smiled.

I won't run away
Every story has an ending
But we know that life goes on
For as long as we're contending
We will sing our battle song!
Through the raging fire
And the winding tides
I'll listen to the spirits
Coursing deep inside
(Deep inside, deep inside)
As the air is rushing
And the earth is turning
We'll find a way to bring balance someday, balance someday
"That's the four elements. Fire, water, air and earth. That's a clever way to include it." Suki notes.
For my honor
"And there's only one person who that can be." Katara deadpanned. Sokka and Aang giggled at the joke while Zuko just gave them a look.
For my family
For the scars that never fade away
And no matter what the cost is
I will conquer
But have I lost my way?
Zuko was a little impressed at this part of the song. The singer sounded really good, he decided. And he liked the picture too.
Every hero has a purpose
Don't know if I'll be okay
Like the sun that burns the surface
Turning night to day
"Ooh, that's a nice drawing." Aang's eyes widened at the Zuko on the screen.
Every story has an ending
But we know that life goes on
For as long as we're contending
We will sing our battle song!
Through the raging fire
And the winding tides
I'll listen to the spirits
Coursing deep inside
(Deep inside, deep inside)
As the air is rushing
And the earth is turning
We'll find a way to bring balance someday, balance someday
Never ending is the cycle
Pain, redemption, our survival
So we'll hold on 'till the very end
Come what may, we'll stay together, my friend
Through the raging fire
And the winding tides
I'll listen to the spirits
Coursing deep inside
(Deep inside, deep inside)
As the air is rushing
And the earth is turning
We'll find a way to bring balance someday, balance someday
"Okay. What did you guys think?" Sokka looked at the others. Aang grinned, "That was great. The music sounded amazing!" Zuko nodded, "It was good."
"The first like 'Aang' sings was really catchy too." Katara said.
"I liked Zuko's part about his honor." Toph smirked. Zuko rolled his eyes. "I liked the chorus. With the fire." Sokka motioned, Katara raised an eyebrow, "Since when did you know what a chorus was?" Sokka crosses his arms, "I'm pretty smart you know,"
Toph laughed, while Aang just stifled one.
"Smart with your two brain cells?" Toph retorted. "Hey!"

Arachnids ; BW
"You forgetting anything?" Her husky voice rasped at me, pushing back the lump in her throat. My eyes began to water as I looked down to the ground, watching a small ant crawl by my shoe. One foot was inside the small apartment we had shared and the other, the other was planted firmly on the cement step outside. Her words echoed around in my head. Am I forgetting anything? I was forgetting you I wanted to reply. Home to me was always a person. And now.... I was homeless. [-]Black Widow x ReaderParker!Reader(GxG)
