Authors POV
The whole weekend Taehyung and Jungkook spend it together in Protea Hotel. They didn't know what they were, but they knew that they needed each other more than they thought they did. When it was time to go Taehyung cried. He knew he will never get to be with Jungkook like this again. All that they will be doing is steal glances at each other.
"I promise I will make something up so that we can be together", Jungkook told Taehyung who didn't want to go. Jungkook didn't want to risk having war between the two supernaturals. He looked at Taehyung who nodded his head. Jungkook kissed his forehead. Taehyung finally let go and made his way to his car. He got home to find his brother's home laughing.
"Hello hyung's", He said as he hugged them. "Baby were you crying?", Jin asked as he saw that Taehyung's eyes were swollen. " Yeah, I went to watch one of the saddest movie. Now I regret" Taehyung told Jin as he was lying but both Jin and Namjoon bought the lie.
Taehyung finally made his way to his bedroom. He laid on the bed and tears start to flow from his eyes. He was lost in thoughts that he didn't feel someone's presence in his room. It dawned to him when he felt his bed dips and someone pulling him into a hug. "hyung, I'm fine. The movie was just sad", Taehyung said. "I'm suprised they bought your lie", Jungkook said as he pulled Taehyung even closer.
Taehyung turned immediately to see his lover in front of him. He didn't waste time but kissed him. "This is risky, they could smell your scent", Taehyung told Jungkook. "Don't worry love, I used moon flower spray, it conceal my smell", Jungkook responded as he hugged Taehyung. Taehyung laid his head on his chest and they both fell asleep.

Morning
Taehyung woke up in the morning to find Jungkook gone. He understood as he did not want to be the reason there is war. He woke up to find a text from Jungkook.
Jungkook:Good Morning sleepy head, I didn't want to wake because you looked tired. Have a wonderful day today. I won't be at school the whole week. Don't miss me too much💜
Taehyung:You should have woken me up, but anyway Good Morning to you too. Be safe wherever your going and make sure you come back to me healthy and strong. Enjoy the rest of your day💜
When Jungkook saw the message from Taehyung, he couldn't help but smile. "Jungkook are you ready?", It was his dad. "Yes father", he answered. Jungkook and his father left to go hunt for animal blood as they avoided drinking people's blood. It turned out to be very addictive.
On the other hand Taehyung was having a wonderful day. He was singing while taking a shower and greeted his hyung's with so much joy and energy. "You look extremely happy for someone who was crying yesterday", Jin said. "Well today is a new day, yesterday is gone", Taehyung said with a smiley face.
Both Jin and Namjoon were confused but they shrugged it off. Taehyung went to school and spend the rest of the day with his friends. He was rather calm and collected. He was in a really good mood.
On the other hand, Jungkook and his father were hunting when Jungkook was shot with an arrow that had poison. If he was not an original vampire, he could have died but he rose up and attacked his attackers and killed them. Immediately after killing them he fell down.
His father carried him back home. They started treating him. They knew the poison will eventually wear off but at this moment they didn't know how long it will take for it to wear off. Jungkook's father decided to consult a witch doctor who was close to his wife.

When the doctor came, he checked Jungkook and started applying ointment on the rotting wound. "He will be fine within two weeks as long as you apply this on his body", The witch doctor told his father. The doctor called Jungkook's family in the seating room.
"There is a storm that is coming into this family. There will be a lot of fights, and the enemy will try to bring you down in that moment. Remember no matter what stick together",the witch doctor told them as she made her way out of the house.
"What was that all about?", Yoo asked confused. "I don't know, I'm not even going to lie", their father answered.

BODY&SHADOW
AN ILLUSTRATED NOVEL • UPDATES TUESDAY AND FRIDAY In a time before living memory, the King Dragon of the Void watched the world and realized there was a crack. He realized that humanity was destroying the rock upon which they lived; they leaked life’s code into the churning chaos. At first the change was imperceptible: nanites overtook microorganisms, bacteria, viruses, amoebas. Insects became increasingly inorganic; birds and lizards followed soon after. Even humans were infected by their own advances, cell by cell, till there was not a person left on earth who wasn’t at least part synthetic, the product of a prior generation’s carelessness. The world’s population was ravaged by mechanical viruses with no vaccines; they were mercilessly overtaken by bacteria that knew no death. Soon, most of the planet was empty and only a handful remained who remembered the hedonist realm they came from; only a few were left who remembered what the world looked like when their buildings touched the sky. The King Dragon of the Void watched the rock turn. He watched humans cower as the Old World fell down around them; watched their great monuments crumble into dusty ruins; watched their codes become precious, ancient gem memories forged under the crushing pressure of so many fallen stones. The world has spun many times around the sun since chaos swallowed man whole. It is a simpler time than the one that died out, but the people now are not immune to the folly of the people before. There is old code everywhere: in the water, in the air, in the trees. The heart of man has been replaced by power cores, many of which are hard-coded with preternatural abilities—when they die, an esoteric mountain sect collects their cores and stores them in their hollow mountain home to preserve the sanctity and dignity of human death. They’ve learned to harness artifacts of the old world, gemstones full of codes their nanite infused bodies can parse as spells imbuing their users with great power; they inlay them into their bodies, into their skins, connected to their cores by copper conduit and gold tracers; they dress themselves in tattoos to advertise their prowess; they battle for relics in arenas, fight for them in the open world wherever they are found. The King Dragon of the Void watches the rock turn and wonders: when will this hunger finally make the rock stop spinning? WELCOME TO FANXING CITY … Twenty-five years ago, Fanxing City and the surrounding lands were commanded by the mad King Zao Beiguan. For many years, the King hoarded wealth, artifacts, food; he demanded tribute from a people already taxed to the edges of their existence and expected they be happy with their circumstances. Noncompliance was often punished harshly, bodies displayed proudly on Fanxing’s streets as a warning, from the city gates to the Zao palace’s golden doors. The youths of several prominent clans came together to overthrow the tyrant and made names for themselves as legendary heroes across the land: Tian, Ren, Feng, Gui, Ma, and Zhenxi. Even wanderers from the Luanshi sect descended from Yunji mountain to aid the rebellion. When the dust settled after three years, Tian Yunyong ascended the throne of Fanxing and swore to honour his slain father’s memory, and has maintained Fanxing’s peace with generosity and mercy where fear and cruelty once reigned.

Contact Through Voided Lenses
[participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] Edit: Fixed some inaccuracies in the synopsis. The void is a vast unexplored ocean filled with various wonders and dangers all waiting to be explored by those brave enough to travel and record. Many souls do find themselves brave enough to face the vast distances, the various risks to personal safety and do the hundreds of task required on a craft. However, at times the void itself can be boring with absolutely nothing to do but as time pass and more and better technology is reached, things got better. The various trips got faster, communications became faster than light and you can be home to see your loved ones after only months now. Through the various planets whether rocky or gaseous, the various stars whether small or giant, the various systems both eerily similar or completely alien. As part of an expeditionary scientific exploratory survey craft, one could see that the void offers no reprieve from all the discoveries and wonders. At times, it can feel empty and silent where no soul can hear you scream and at others it can be overwhelming with sudden phenomenon that can overwhelm the brightest of minds. The void itself is a truly fascinating ocean where one must chart the various islands or drown in its deadly tidal waves. But the question still remained no matter how you try to hide it in of itself… is there truly other intelligent life out there? Are we alone in this ocean? Those very questions still haunt the minds of those on the crafts themselves as they brace for every jump ready for the unknown and the known. Many would try to explain that yes there is other intelligent life out there whilst other still say no after 2 centuries of continuous flight out of the home system. Still, those are questions that bury deep in the minds of the crew and those at home as the voidcraft jumps to a system with a single yellow star orbited by 8 other planets with one crowning blue jewel being the 3rd closest with its 5 oceans and 7 continents, a planet called Dirt which is inhabited by a primitive species called Humanity. Hello, author here and this is my newest dive into writing particularly for the Writathon currently in progress being my first one. I hope you give me story a try but in case you still want more information on what you’re getting into, below are some pointers about the story itself. First Contact: CTVL is a story about a first contact scenario between an advanced alien civilization and a slightly more advanced modern day humanity on their planet called Dirt. Characters: The story will take place mainly on the perspective of the alien visitors themselves though there will be human POV characters who will show how the rest of humanity react through media and forums. Action: It won’t be an actual alien invasion but you have to see for yourself how well first contact went. Sci-Fi: I will be very forward here, I WILL bend the rules of physics in order to add in parts of the plot and there WILL be parts that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Theme: It will be a brooding story talking about the futility of pe… Just kidding, it’s mostly wholesome stuff to be honest here. Alien: The aliens themselves will… actually why should I tell you, you have to go and read it to find out what the aliens are though I will draw a few things here and there to aid in the process. Extra tidbit: If you are a grammar nazi or someone who really wants a realistic scifi story... this story is probably not for you at all. Anyways, that’s pretty much all I can say before I spoil something major of the plot itself, the story is slice of life so make sure that type of story is what you like because I am terrible with anything else as I found out, anyways, have a good time everyone and good luck to the other Writathon participants.
