《Bonnie Bennett Reborn | TVD》08 | Rescue

I pull on my cuffed Levi 501s, my white and black loafers and a white t-shirt with a v-neck cream sweater-vest over top. The sweater is thrifted and has this little dark blue and black details. It's super cute! I make the look better with some rings, a golden necklace and a bracelet with my birthstone (amethyst) on it.
The birthstone is imbued with protective magic. It will heat up when danger is near and it makes me impervious to others' magic.
I pack my bag with some clothes Tyler's that he left at my house, a blood bag I stole from the hospital, my grimoire and my own water bottle.
With it packed, I put it on and grab my wallet and car keys before I head out to my 2007 blue Toyota Prius.
I told my grams I am hanging out with friends today and I told my friends I'm hanging out with family. Except Caroline and Tyler, they know the truth.
I drive with some sunglasses on as the sun beams down on the highway. Thankfully, the drive to Whitmore isn't too long, and I'm parking on campus in under two hours. I pay for the parking spot at the meter and make my way into the college.
You'd think they'd only let students and staff enter but the security is completely awful.
I creep into the classroom for Microbiology after asking a student to point me in the right direction and find the other students fill my in for class to start. I sit with a large group of students, hoping to blend in as the class eventually starts. It's the college's first day of the school year.
"Hey, you look a little young to be in here." A handsome guy sits next to me. He had dark skin, a buzzed haircut, and glasses.

"I get that a lot. I'm a freshman." I shrug.
He hums, "Ah, so you probably don't know about the party tonight in the frats on east campus?"
I shake my head and he smirks. "You should come."
"I don't know, I might have plans." I tell him, looking to face the front as Wes Maxfield walks in the room.
"Well if you do come, find me." The boy whispers, before turning his attention to the front as well.
I smile at his shameless flirting but I won't pursue that, not when I have seven mate marks already.
"Alright class." Wes gets everyone's attention and I basically zone him out the rest of class, just as I ignore the flirt next to me who likes the lean over and make comments periodically.
As the class comes to an end and everyone files out. I wait till I'm the last one and I close the door, locking it and pulling the cover over the small window.
"What are you doing?" Wes questions as I turn to him slowly.
"I'm staying after class." I tell him with a tilted head. "I've got lots of questions."
I slowly walk towards him and watch as he backs up. He smiles at me. "Look, my office hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3-5. It's inappropriate for me to be in here alone with the door locked, and with a student."
I nod and just walk closer. "But Professor, these questions... they're quite important." I lean in close to him as he blushes and looks down at me.
I swipe his recorder from the desk and turn it on. Still staying close to him.
"Tell me, how long have you worked with Augustine?"
His eyes widen and he goes to move but I lift my hand and chant, "Corporis Impetus."

He flies backward to hit the wall and stay pinned, unable to move his body, only his head.
"Witch." He gasps, making me grin.
I'm not an overly violent person. But thinking of what he's done, what Augustine has done, I want to kill him. Too bad I can't, that should be saved for another, someone who suffered at his hands.
"What do you want?" He asks.
I glare at him. "I told you, I want you to answer my questions." I clench my fist and his recorder crumbles under my magic.
"Where do you keep all files regarding Augustine?"
He keeps his mouth closed shut before firing off an indignant statement. "I'll never tell you. You'd have to dig it out of my mind." He seethes.
I sigh and walk forward. "Fine."
I reach up to where he's pinned and have his head in my hands. Closing my eyes I chant.
"Dic mihi, hva du vet."
I tear through his mind, ripping it to shreds after gathering all the information I need. It is so painful he holds his mouth open in silent screams of agony.
By the time I have all I need, he's not dead but he damn near close.
I can control him like a puppet in his weakened state and have him follow me quietly as I leave his classroom.
I find the Augustine house. According to his memories, after Grayson Gilbert died they took all their paper records and put them on a master computer in the house before shredding the records and burning them. The records were also downloaded onto one hard drive belonging to Wes.
His key gets me into the empty house and into the locked office.
I go online and find the records, including a list of names liked to Augustine, which I text to myself on my phone so I can deal with them later.
Afterwards, I delete all the files and rip out the computer cables.
"Get me the flash drive." I order Wes and like the mindless zombie I made him, he does exactly that.
I destroy it in front of him before tossing it on the ground.
Files all gone, I then have Wes lead me down to the locked basement with two rusty cells, the bars coated in vervain.
There is only one vampire.
Enzo.
"Back to torture me some more? What'll it be this time, seeing how much of me you can cut apart and still let me heal?" He tiredly looks up, only to see me instead of Wes.
As our eyes meet I literally shiver and he stands up on shaky legs.
"My mate." He whispers hoarsely, disbelieving.
I see him touch his wrist, where a small symbol of angel wings is.
'Perhaps they represent my rebirth into this world?'
"Hi." I smile at him and reach into my bag to toss him a blood bag which he gladly takes, drinking incredibly fast. His skin slowly returning to a more natural color, not grey and desiccated.
"I'm sorry." He apologizes as he wiped his lip clean of the blood.
"It's alright." I smile and grip Wes by the back of the neck before I open the cell with a flick of my wrist and push the doctor to Enzo.
"Eat up, honey."

Doctored Chance: The Unpleasant Preceding of "Pajama Boy" and What Drove Him to Murder
I, Mick Chadwick, regret to inform my readers that this memoir contains nothing but the truth, which in the case of Tobias MacClain, most ridiculed as Pajama Boy, is far from pleasant. If you seek to relate to a hero more than to aspire to them and have the stomach for unpleasant things such as a hero left for dead, villainous scars, bomb threats, and murderous intent, then look no further. All of these gruesome things and more await from my research, and though I do not wish them on any man or woman, I cannot bear this burden on my own much longer. In the words of Tobias MacClain himself, "Sometimes, a villainous act can cause the greatest good." I hope that all my villainous acts of sneaking, blackmailing, diary-reading, and grave-digging, among others, will be redeemed as I present this complete and truthful memoir to the world, and with any luck, open eyes to the truth of what we call "villainy". Doctored Chance: The Unpleasant Preceding of "Pajama Boy" and What Drove Him to Murder ********* MATURE FILTER IS FOR:- violence- graphic imagery (blood, burns, fairly dark headspaces)- cartoon depiction of burn scars for visual aid Despite graphics, Mick Chadwick's writing keeps Mr. MacClain's terrible tale light somehow. This is foremostly a comedy.
8 155The Shores of Dusk
A forgotten Realms Fan Fiction. This is the classic tournament-style story, with over a dozen diverse fighters vying for the top spot. The battle to the death is hosted by the most powerful mage in the realms who has unlocked the secret of immortality and gives eternal life to the winner. Drizzt and Entreri are in attendance and soon realize there are demons, mages, and other powerful beings using this event for their own personal gain. Desperate to not become pawns in this power play, they must work together and form alliances with the other fighters to survive. This story has no ties to any of my other Fan Fiction stories.
