I'm watching a beautiful sunset
But the weight of yesterday
Is still lying on my shoulders
Preventing me from getting away.
It's heavy. It's burdensome.
A new adventure is awaiting.
But we have to try and overcome,
We must figure out something.
Days are passing,
But the anxiety is still here.
Heart beating so fast,
I'm still stuck in the past.
Can we run away
And leave everything behind?
Can we rest today
And treat ourselves for sometime?
