Boredom had caught on Rowlan’s mind second by second while travelling along. The Caravan had not have taken the route which Elis’ party had taken, instead of the route passing by Stoke’s Crossing and on to Brimhood. They had taken the long route leading to Bridgestow, this route had been most occupied by new settlements passed by caravans for supply or work, long aged towns not much known, and all about a peaceful and tranquil forest side of the country.

The caravan had been joined by more wagons in Castrallum, a town fortress, near Creekpool when they had passed by the place. They had continued to along the road to pass by more small towns and settlements. It had a nice tranquil presence that put Rowlan’s mind at ease of all the constant thinking that drifted his mind ever since Thomas had left on his ship, He been usually been in the back seat of the wagon but this time and sometime before he had been in the front with Agnes the Sightseer, a huge man with the build of someone who had done hard labor and showed signed of experience and wisdom as is his reputation with his friends and crew in the Caravan, Agnes had sometimes had opened with small talks with Rowlan as they were travelling along though Rowlan was not of a type of person whom had been known to converse with a person till he felt comfortable with the person but he found it nice having small talks with Agnes.

Might as well do somethings during the travel. Wonder where’s are the others by now; Thomas might have already ahead of me whilst Elis and the others are already half way through, I’ll be the last to arrive there. Well might as well try to some ideas.

Rowlan had looked around the people on the different wagons seeing their postures, gestures, and movements to give him an idea of what a type of person they are if he had needed help or try to converse with them. He looked about the people then fell into deep in thought finally ending the boredom that he had. The person in front of me in the backseat wagon; A strong headed and passionate person and about the same age as me. The face looks the part of a boy who has been in fights before, also the arms adds to that by looks of them, He looks back trying to spot someone but who?, with the most he’s probably from up north somewhere near Scotiterran or in it on he’s stature and seen his attitude which can confirm it.

He continued doing this for minutes on end; the middle age man on the horse staring silently, Troubled past from his face and posture; a young man sitting on the opposite side of the first boy wearing fined clothes, his face shows he’s angry and depressed, fined clothes means he came from a wealthy family then he’s here with a caravan in a supply wagon, fallen definitely from his wealth which can either be he ran away. These three people had caught his attention which he continued to guess others for minutes then he sat silently.

Hours passed till it was mid-day where’d they’ve taken up a stop and decided to take a rest on the side of the road in an open area, Rowlan had eaten his packed food his family had prepared and sat alone in front seat wagon preferring the nice quiet environment. His mind drifted off into other things which he usually does in most of the time drifting in thoughts almost all of the time not focusing and not paying attention.

It was then Agnes had approached him and sat in the backseat of the wagon in front of the wagon Rowlan was sitting. He had a bowl of broth still hot and took a sip from then turned his attention to Rowlan.

“You seem to like the loathsome vibe you’re giving to the others, don’t like getting near to other people?”

“Most of the time, though I do talk to other people” Rowlan said.

“Though you don’t make the first word to utter” he said with a smile. “You’ve also seem to be deep in thinking most of the time, maybe that can be the reason why you can’t talk to new people” he said in low hearty

“Well, your right with all of that”

Agnes gave a nod then sips again with his broth.

“I’m curious why the people call you “Sightseer”

“I’ve travelled from places, even out of Anglox, a sort of adventurer, Experienced such that gained some experiences, some and some bad though the bad part I mostly remember a lot of them, but the good part, only a few but gloriously remembered in my heart and mind.

Road to road, docks to docks, town to town, city to city I’ve done that earning some tricks and knowledge along the way. I went back to Anglox, joined a caravan over the years gaining some friends. I’ve used the gained knowledge and tricks to some occasions, over the time they gave me the title “Sightseer” from the times I’d gave some advice that avoided some serious accidents but it’s all from experience and others.”

“A good fancy life story”

“I’m thank you, now since I’ve done you the kindness of my story, what’s going on your head? staying silent all of the time barely even talking”. Rowlan told him his thoughts on the three people, Agnes gave another low hearty laugh as he continued to sip his broth.

“Well, you’re somewhat right.” He said as he looked over the group then back. “The boy from you say up north that’s correct, he’s headstrong, the man on the horse he’s got some troubled past weighing down on him, and the rich boy you say well you’re wrong on the part that he was thrown out due to his attitude”

“I’m somewhat right” Rowlan said enjoying this conversation.

“Though the headstrong north boy, I’m doubting you’d know more of him. And the troubled man and the wealthy boy” Rowlan tried again to see anything more about the three persons: For the north boy he seems to be conversing with a girl, they knew each other before from the way their acting, the troubled person seems to all alone in the tree by himself, he likes to contemplating on his troubled past, and the wealthy person seems to in an angry mood, still sore from his banishment. He told his new knowledge to Agnes which he said that’s only the scratch but good observation. After a while Agnes had insisted on Rowlan joining the rest of caravan. Beon Wein, the north boy’s name, Gawain Rurion the troubled person, and Cillian Pollen, the rich person. Rowlan was getting to know the other people, some company will be nice on the long way. He found the Beon to be like Thomas in a way, Gawain had been silent and writing on what appears to be his journal, and Cillian appears not wanting to talk but he does he sounds agitated. He talked to the other as well merchants, workers, and others.

The mid-day rest was over then resumes the travel. He had talked to Agnes this time finding the nice company to do rather than thinking and being lost in deep thought. Rowlan had found Agnes to interesting hearing his stories from his travels around Anglox and Pheuropa, how he had meet the different parts of the countries, seeing wonders as well as horrors along the way. Agnes had told him of his adventure. He had a family in Bridgestow, a wife and two children, at the end of his adventures he started a family. Rowlan remarked on how great of a storyteller he is and adventurer. Agnes then asked on how he was interested so much in observing which Rowlan replied in he had a job in a library where he found books of his interest one of them on observing. They continued to talk about.

By night the caravan had settled into camping in a nearby area. He had seated near the campfire with Beon and Cillian, Agnes had been with his companions into the woods gathering some more firewood. Beon asked Rowlan if he had been from Summit’s Chest which the attack took place.

“Where were you during the chaos started?”

“We’re at a campfire, come on amuse us of the chaos that happened” Cillian added.

Rowlan had told them of how he, Paco and Thomas had been separated and survive through the night while attackers were on their trail, then waited till sunrise for the night to be over in a tavern.

“Whatever happened to the surviving attackers?” Beon asked

“Hanged and some interrogated in the Post Office”

“You made a smart choice leaving that city, seeing on how it looks and feels from what I’ve heard” Cillian remarked.

It passed an hour when everyone was finishing their meals, Beon was up chatting with the girl he had converse since mid-day when a tall huge man with shaven face came which brought Beon to stare for moment the not. Must be bad blood between the two. The huge person smiled and greeted Beon with a hard shove at the back all while Beon looked all he was ready to fight, but he didn’t and let it passed all while the girl he had been looked quite frightened not of the huge man but at Beon who all so Angry. The huge person was gone it was when the girl left Beon, Beon had sitted himself again next to Cillian and Rowlan, “You could have just fought him, he seems a piss off” Cillian said, “You should shut it before I’d decided to turn your pretty clothes and you into shit and blood” Beon said with his voice rising. Cillian was about to say again till Rowlan cut him off.

“With all reason who was that?”

“Mikhael Rullex, the person who’d you want to get shot at” Beon angrily said.

Gawain had intervene them looking at Beon, his face cold staring him then he said “Get yourself in a fight with him, he wins laughing at you and you defeated”

“What would you know anything about Mikhael Rullex, he treated me and others like shit on the ground, how could you know, I should probably go up to him punch him in his crappy face right now!” Beon said boiling with rage as the people around him stared but ignored him.

“If want to see yourself humiliated, with him laughing at you then your proving to him you’re an idiot as well. Get this into your head. Never blindly do something just because you think it’s right or out of instinct, You’ll regret the consequences after that and you’ll kept blaming yourself, Clear your mind and think and you’ll save yourself and others the trouble” Gawain said he left them. Afterwards the three of them went on to get some sleep. On the morning while leaving Rowlan had told Agnes on what happened last night.
