Wayne kissed Selina deeply her naked body wrapped in his cape. As they broke from the kiss he spoke softly, "I have your clothes in the car."

She looked into his eyes and said, "I thought I would die without you ever finding my body."

"I called Clark."

She nodded, "I love you too."

"I do, Selina. I love you." Wayne touched his forehead against hers. "I thought all hope was lost. It had been at least two hours."

The GCPD swarmed into the building and started to help the girls. EMTs were close behind. Once free Barbara Gordon sat up staring at Batman and Selina. Even as Jim Gordon raced into the building wrapping his daughter in a blanket and picking her up and taking her out she stared at Selina and Batman until they were out of her sight.

Wayne picked up Selina in a princess carry and walked out to the car. The car had drifted into a patch of weeds but it looked drivable still. Once inside, Selina found her Robin outfit and quickly changed into it. It made her feel safe. The car, the outfit but mostly having him sitting there by her side. A detective walked up to the window and tapped his notepad on the glass. Batman rolled the window down and said, "Superman punched Lazlo Valentin to death."

"Yeah, thanks Mr. Batman, uh, one more question for you, the woman you brought out, she's a victim, right? Could I get her name and address? We'll come by for a statement at some point." The detective scratched his nose.

"Harvey, it's me. Selina Kyle." She leaned over and waved at him.

Wayne said, "I'll be in touch with Jim Gordon with the details. For now, if you don't mind we have to get her to the hospital."

Harvey looked shocked, "Yeah of course." He looked at Selina and said, "I'm glad you made it out of there sweetheart. I miss seeing you at the bar."

The Batman's car revved up and then pulled out of the area aggressively. The GCPD all looked at each other no one moving to stop it or even question the driver's right to drive it like that.

Wayne's phone rang and then Superman's came over the car's speakers, "Bruce? Where is Diana?"

"Gotham Health Clinic in Crime Alley. I'm headed there now."

"Alright, I see your car, I'll follow you in." Superman clicked off the call.

Selina looked over at Wayne and asked, "Why do you guys have that frenemy-like relationship?"

"Completely my fault." Wayne easily admitted. "He's from a small rural town. He was naive to a horrifying degree. When I met him, I was in my darkest brooding phase. I never laughed. I was always quick to insult his naive innocence. He is one of those guys that truly buys into the whole mom and apple pie thing, you know? I was just so damn cynical and jaded. He kept holding his hand out trying to be my friend and I kept shitting on him."

Selina smiled, "So, then you were envious of him?"

"Exactly."

Selina said, "Don't flirt with her this time, that hurts my feelings."

"Eh? Really?"

Selina nodded, "I don't want to share her with you."

"You..." Wayne looked hurt this time. Wayne pulled into the back parking lot and pulled into a parking space. Superman drifted down and landed next to the car.

Superman looked at Bruce with an odd look. He held his hand out for a handshake. Wayne saw it and pulled him in for a hug instead and gave him a pat on the back, "Thank you, I know I have always been the asshole, but when I needed someone you didn't even ask and showed up without even a complaint."

Superman nodded and said, "I figured if you were calling me directly instead of going through someone else, it was an emergency. Now, let's go check on Diana."

They walked inside through the back door and found Dr. Thompkins and Diana sitting at a small table drinking tea and having some kind of snack cake. Diana was back to her normal completely glamorous self. Dr. Thompkins said, "Oh, you must be Selina!" She stood up and hugged Selina and said, "Are you still feeling groggy from the gas at all?"

Superman walked over and hugged Diana, "I'm glad you're feeling better. Well, with this looking back to normal, so I'm going to get back home. I still have to work in the morning."

Selina let Dr. Thompkins give her a quick check-up. Diana and Wayne sat down at the table while she did. Diana shook her head, "So I talked her into confronting the guy right? The next thing I know the guy rolls down his window and this green cloud of gas came pouring out. You'd think I would have noticed that he had on a gas mask, but of course, I was looking at Selina instead."

"What was the writing you had on your body?" Wayne asked still curious about the details.

Diana sighed and then said, "Here are the pictures Dr. Thompkins took."

Wayne flipped through them one after another reading it off, "Too tall. Tits too big. Shoulders too wide." He laughed a bit, "Man hands." He laughed again, "Wide baby making hips, but too wide."

Diana facepalmed and then said to Selina, "You see? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder."

Wayne laughed even louder as he read, "Vagina not tight enough... How did he even?"

Diana, "Ha ha ha, laugh it up." She pouted and said, "He just assumed, ok? Cause I would have ripped his dick off if he tried!"

Selina shook her head and said, "Your hands are perfect Diana, don't allow a psycho to ruin your self-confidence."

"Hey, what's that?" Wayne pointed at the two of them. "You just winked at each other when talking about her hands."

Selina wiggled her eyebrows. Diana just looked off in a different direction.

"Thanks, Richard, I knew I could count on you," Barbara said as she took the helmet off and gave it back to him.

"Yeah, well I don't know if I am welcome here, I should probably go." He said looking up at the huge Wayne Tower.

Barbara said, "Come in with me, please? I am going to need a ride home after this and you're the only one I know."

Richard looked down and then said, "Alright, but don't complain if I get kicked out."

The two of them walked into the building and walked up to the security desk. Barbara looked the guard in the eye and said, "We're here to see Mr. Wayne. Tell him Ms. Gordon and Mr. Grayson are here to see him."

The security guard had a surprised face as the person on the other end of the phone said to send them up.

The guard walked them down the hall behind the guard station and then slid a card opening the secret elevator. He punched in the code and then said, "Good luck."

Richard was sweating buckets but Barbara was smiling and looked confident. The elevator door opened to a gym. They walked inside and Barbara called out, "Hello?"

Bruce Wayne walked around the corner with a towel on his shoulders obviously in the middle of an intense workout. In the weight room, they could see Selina working on one of the machines. "Good, I am glad you two finally came over. It's about time we got your training started."

Barbara looked confused but not nearly as much as Richard. "Come with me," Bruce said. They walked down the hall past all the training equipment to a conference room. A TV rose from the floor and started to display Batman in action fighting against Clayface.

"Barbara, I saw it in your eyes last night and you're right. I'm Batman. Richard Grayson, it's no accident you are here too." Wayne said as he clicked off the TV.

"What's going on. Is this some kind of Joke, Barbara?" Richard asked.

Wayne tossed Richard a folder, "Richard Grayson, Nightwing. Your parents were killed by the mobster Fat Tony Zucco. You are heir to the Crowne family fortune and you have vowed to fight a war against crime. You were a member of the 'Flying Grayson's' which is where you got your first costume. You decided it looked a little well, not very manly so now you picture yourself in a black suit. You chose the name Nightwing because you want to be like your hero, me. You have a huge crush on Barbara Gordon."

Wayne then tossed Barbara Gordon a file, "Barbara Gordon, computer hacker known by the alias Oracle online. Your dad will kill you if he finds out you came down here and tried to blackmail me into letting you join my team, that's why I invited him to join us here." Jim Gordon came out and sat down in one of the chairs at the table. Staring daggers into his daughter.

"Your mother would not approve of this, but Mr. Wayne has assured me that he will make sure you receive proper training before you are allowed to do more than use your computer skills." Jim Gordon said.

Richard Grayson spoke for the first time, "Wait, are you inviting me, no, us to Bat school?"

Wayne snapped his fingers and then pointed at Richard, "Yes!"
