[Arc II-Royal Hunt]

It turned night. I was walking back to the dorm until I had the urge to go somewhere. I had no mood to go back as my rage was constantly filling my body up. I could even feel my body heat burning up.

Before I realized, I was in the middle of the town. When I was looking around the busy night streets with a depressed pair of eyes, some people were looking at me weirdly with their eyes looking at me as some kind of disturbance.

I decided to not stay there any longer as I thought that I had something better to do. I kept walking and walking...in the end, I was at the shopping district.

"Kekekekeke! Look at you! Being so pathetic all of a sudden!"

"Hmm☆ So this the rumoured legendary Advant in Inari Village☆ You are interesting, I give you that...but are you even strong☆"

Two person just showed up right in front of me out of nowhere. At that moment, my instinct instantly told me that they were Elma and Alvis comrades. I knew that they would come for me but I did not expect these two incompetence to be here.

"I don't know...I mean, you both look weak after all."

"Kekekekekekeke!! Me!? Weak?! You should really get your eyes check!"

"Hm☆ How interesting☆ Shall we start, Daniel☆?" Kasumi said as she get herself ready to fight. She had that confident face showing to me that she will obviously win.

"Wait Kasumi....."

"Wha- Hector? Why are you here?" Kasumi sounded surprised.

"I want...to fight him too. Besides...isn't it better for us three to fight him since it is more advantageous..."

"Keke! That was a good point that you made, Hector!"

"Fufufu☆ Now that sounds so much better☆"

"I see...Three versus one...Tell me. Who exactly are you people?"

"Fine then...since it had begun for a while now."

"Are you sure it's a good idea to tell him, Hector☆"

"It's alright. We are from a group call 'Legion Angels'. There were orginally twelve members but you have killed two members already which was Elma and Alvis."

"Hmm....'Legion Angels'? Don't tell me..."

"That's right. We are the elite assassination group that the leader of the company 'Legion' created."

"Wait...'Legion' is a famous tech company that build multiple towns with their advanced technology... What the hell is 'Legion' planning?"

"Kekekeke! That we won't tell at all! You are the 'Royal Hunt' prey right now! 'Legion' considered you to be a hindrance to their plan so we have to eliminate you."

"Damn it. There are people from a distance-"

"Doesn't matter☆ We will kill you right here☆"

Hector dashed forward so he can strike me with the scythe that he had on his back. He was a bit bulky and taller than me while Daniel was around the same height with me. His skin tone was a bit dark and he was kind of skinny. He had dual blades on his hands.

As for Kasumi, she was shorter and used daggers. Hector and Daniel was an Advant while Kasumi was a Human. I had to be on guard as three of them actually started to rush at me.

Hector swinged his scythe left and right while Daniel jumped on Hector and tried to strike me with his blades. I barely managed to dodge their attacks but I got hit at the left shoulder from Kasumi's daggers.

The moment Hector started to attack me, the people in the shopping district quickly ran away in panic.

"Kekekeke! What's wrong tough guy!?"

"Then...I shall use my ability right now... "

The moment I took a step back, I fell down. I could not stand back up too. It seemed that Hector's ability is to reduce friction. One thing for certain was that I knew the weakness to his ability already.

"Gooooood! I shall kill you now! !"

He jumped up in the air and let out a screeching noise that hurt my eardrums and the glass at the shops were destroyed. Both of my ears were bleeding a bit but the moment when Daniel landed I landed a clean hit to his liver area.

Hector's ability was to reduce friction in his view. Basically, behind him the friction is the same and if he closed his eyes, the ability wears off.

"What!?" Daniel shouted as he spitted out some blood.

"How...did you know...?" Hector asked in disbelief.

"I've been fighting so many battles and was able to gain a lot of experience from that. I knew your tricks already! "

"What?! He's gone!" Daniel shouted.

"I'm kinda worried now..." Kasumi said.

"Stay on your guard! We should not let him beat us..." Hector shouted in a menancing voice as if he was like a leader.

"Ack! I-I-"

"Kasumi!?" Daniel shouted as he saw something weird.

Half of my body was in the real world while half of it was in . I stabbed Kasumi's liver area with my right hand and kicked her back hardly. She was flown away from me and crashed into a building from the window.

Hector was in rage as he tried to slash me with his weapon while Daniel was approaching me.

"I see..." I said as I was at the opposite side of the road from them.

"How....how dare you do that to Kasumi! She was a Human!" Hector yelled at me.

"But she is part of the 'elite assassination group' so I bet that she is alright."

"Enough of your bullshit!" Hector continued.

"I see. Well then...shall we end this? I don't want to fight you both anymore."

"THEN......DIE YOU PIECE OF SHIT!" Hector and Daniel shouted in rage in the same time as they were approaching me.

As they both were closing the distance between me and them, a bunch of crimson sky coloured lines appear in front of me out of nowhere and then it formed around me circulating around my body at a decent speed. When both of them touched me, two beams striked at them from the sky in a flash.

Both of them were bleeding from head to toe.

"Wha....what the hell is that?" Hector asked softly as his body was breaking down from the fear of the rods surrounding me.

"This is one of the things I can do with my ability. It's call ."

"Damn...you.... YOU FUCKING ASSHOLE!" Daniel shouted loudly as his body spurted out blood.

"It's futile, you imbecile." I said with a monotone voice.

"What!?!?" Daniel and Hector replied.

" allows me to summon a border, which are these rods, that no one can enter nor hit me. If someone hits the border, they will automatically get hit by the border's energy from the sky. Not to mention, I can control and spread them as long and far as I want. Take for an example, I can just surround you with the border and start closing towards you."

"The....hell is this kind of ability.... NO ONE TOLD US ABOUT THIS GODDAMN BULLSHIT!!!" Daniel shouted.

"Now then....I had enough of your constant shouting already..."

I surrounded Daniel with the border and started closing them towards him. All the six rods touched him which led six energy beam striking him. Hector was watching silently with despair and fear. Daniel became an unrecognizable corpse.

I walked up to Hector and decided to asked him something.

"Now...answer me. Why did you people attack Rin?" I asked with an angered voice and a menancing pair of eyes.

"Rin? What the hell do you mean by that? We, Legion Angels won't hurt someone else other than our target. I only know that Alvis accidentally brought someone else into her barrier. Other than that, I don't know anything...ACK!" Hector answered and vomitted out decent amount of blood.

"What...." I stood there confused. He claimed that they won't attack someone other than their prey but...

"What are you gonna do now, Amane?" Hector asked.

"Ah...that."

I closed our distance. I picked him up and summoned a rod at the middle of his body with an extremely slow speed of the summoning.

"AAAAACKAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.....PLEWLAGH!" Hector kept shouting in pain as the rod goes through his body and after fully summoning it, his body was splitted into half with blood pouring out of his body.

"Finally. It feels refreshing after all that. For Kasumi....her body is gone...I should quickly run away from here." I said as I deactivate .

"Am...mane....Sora..... I swear....I'll kill you. Tch!"
