"So when are we going back to the clan?" asked barak, Polaris stood there, awkwardly pointing his finger at barak and aster, with a confused look on his face, shaking his head in disappointment, "Wait a minute, wait just a minute" aster said, "I thought you said that you weren't going with me ?" Aster continued as he now questioned what Barak was thinking, "I never said that, what I said was, is that you, aster aren't capable of making go back" Barak said, aster looked up at him slightly annoyed but said nothing, "So are you guys leaving are not ?" Polaris asked, both aster and Barak looked at him and stood up. They all headed to the front gate, where a woman waited, Barak approached her, this was Leora, she was barak's girlfriend, she held her hands to barak's face Leora looked at him and told him" be careful and please be safe, cause if someone harms you I might have to go fuck them up", Barak smiled and chuckled he kissed her goodbye and the three of them headed out the gate and into the desert. "so what exactly am I needed for", barak asked, looking at aster directly in his eyes, Aster looked back at him and shrugged his shoulders, with a confused look on his face, "i don't know, I was just told to go and get you", Aster explained, "Great, I'm willing to bet it's something that we really aren't needed for", barak said as he continued walking, letting out a small sigh of disappointment, "oh yeah by the way you were only the first stop we have to go get the other one as well", aster said, without even seeming sorry that he forgot to tell them that, Polaris' eyes lit up hearing that but he kept his composure as to not let the other two know that he was excited, Somewhere else in the world, "And now its time to clock out for the day, sigh, today was long", said Levant as he sounded like he was about to die. He walked away from the employee entrance of the factory, "Well my real job begins now anyways" he said with a huge grin across his face, he threw his hood over his head, and leaped up onto a rooftop effortlessly, he walked along the rooftops until he got to a building which was located on the main street of the city, he crouched down and pulled out a joint and lit it as he looked on at the busy street bustling with human beings. The city was a jungle of metal and fog and it's main inhabitant, the human being, when you looked up you could see the night sky but it lacked life because the star's were forced to contend with the lights from the busy city, if you went far enough you would reach the sea as this city was a seaside city but in the dead middle you wouldn't have noticed as the sea air was killed with the scent of smoke and metal from all the factories that existed within the city, every once in a while you would hear glass breaking either from the lawless denizens of the city or from a drunk person at a bar. Then you would hear it.....BANG......then silence.....then.......BANG again, followed by its accompanying screams, Not that any one cared enough to do something about it anyways, everyone was to busy either heading home or drunk off their asses trying to drink away the problems of everyday life, not to mention the people of this island that, levant called his home loved to party, so the screams were mostly drowned out by the excessive noise of intoxication, this was the reason he called this his real job, stopping those who decided to take advantage of the noise and intoxication of the city in order to take lives and earn quick money, Levant got up from his current position and jumped straight across the Main street and onto the building straight across from where he was, he picked up speed jumping from building to building until he came to the source of the screaming, on the ground was a girl holding a guy in her arms, and four other people standing over them, one of them pointed what looked like a gun directly towards the girl, Levant jumped down from the building and landed in front of the girl, "Look let's skip all of that shit about who I am, what I'm doing here, and if I wanna die, just come at me" , levent said while gesturing for them to attack him, all four of the person's there looked at each other and shrugged their shoulders, they started unloading their guns at Levant, but as the bullets approached him they started to glow orange and they just started melting away before the bullets could hit him or pass him, they kept on reloading and shooting, until....CLICK....CLICK,CLICK CLICK, they ran out of ammunition, Levant stood there with a puddle of molten metal at his feet still bright orange and bubbling, "I'm surprised y'all didn't run away honestly, but I'm not even gonna use my weapons on y'all" Levant said smirking and snickering, "What the fuck man, you wanna be a hero or some shit, you're sick for enjoying this" the guy at the front said, Steam started rising off of levant's jacket and hands, his eyes glowed orange then red, they looked as if they were enveloped in flames, then flames erupted from his body, they burned bright orange then blue, all the flames disappeared from his body, reappearing on his hands only, a pillar of flames rose to the sky, shining the bright blue of a star, the four people looked on in horror as they started to scramble and run away, Levant smiled causing a small blue flame to leave his mouth, he lifted his arm in the criminals directions, LUNAR NOVA: ERUPT, Levant shouted and a stream of blue flames burst forth from his hands and chased down the people that were running down the alley, the flame ate everything in its path bathing everything in heat and then it swallowed all four of the people running away, everything was covered in bright blue light and then it disappeared and everything went back dark, the flames disappeared as quickly as they appeared,

Viridescent Core
Some mortals see dungeons as a plague to destroy. Some mortals see dungeons as a resource to manage and harvest. Some mortals see dungeons as a place to train and advance. However, all of them agree on something. Dungeons are unnatural and deadly. Places where death stalks every corner and monsters thrive. What mortals forget, in their hubris of tools and civilizations, is that Mother Nature is often the deadliest of all. Feel free to write any comment, suggestion, or criticism.
