My mom has forced me to start an online diary to the past (ODTP). I actually have to write about my life and send it to the past for strangers to read. I mean seriously, what do you expect a teenage kid to write? I guess I will tell you about my success. I am the best player in the game The DK. Now for all those unfamiliar with the game, it’s a VR RPG (VR means virtual reality and RPG means role-playing game). Now for the gamers out there reading this, you might wonder, what makes the game so fun and unique. Well truthfully, it is not much different than real life.
The game creator Dr. Chen said, “I hate my life, thus I made a new one.” I completely agree! In real life (IRL) I have so much shit to deal with! First off, 5 days of the week, I have to wake up earlier than the sun and get ready for school. If the teachers at school were hot and sexy, it will be fine and all. That way I can fantasize about the ways my teacher and I can interact
. However, the ones teaching at my school were all ogly (old and ugly) women who can’t get married and decided to teach! Can you imagine looking at an old lady for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week? After school, when I go home, I have to listen to my forty-year-old mom nags at me to do homework. Like holy shit! I’m already in the prime of my life and I am still a slave to old women!
Luckily, Dr. Chen saved my life and created the VR RPG that allows real-life slaves like us to start a new life. You might wonder, there are only 24 hours a day, and you already spent 12 hours of your life being a slave, when do you get the chance to play The DK? Now kids, let me entertain you about the amazingness of The DK. This game is played when you are sleeping! When you go to sleep, your consciousness is absorbed into the game. The game is made to be as realistic and as close as possible to real life that you actually have only one life. What does that mean? Well if you die in the game, you are dead forever.

Well, some of you might say, but Ja! ... Oh, wait, how silly of me! I forgot to introduce myself! My name is J, just J. Now where was I ... Oh yes! Well, some of you might say, “ But J! Can’t you just make a new account?” Haha, kids, that's where The DK gets you! The game is played through a VR helmet and it takes your facial description and stores it into the game program. You know those recognize your fingerprint to unlock the phone bullshit? Well, it’s similar to that. Many have tried to hack into the game system to try and change its feature. All I can say is many has tried, yet none has succeeded. I’m cool with this and all, except I feel bad for the twins out there. I’m not talking about those fake ass twins. I’m talking about real identical twins. Both of them can only play on one account, and if your identical twin fucks up, well there goes the chance to play the game for both of you.
Now let’s go back to the main point of the story. That’s right, my success! Now you know The DK is just like the real world, but your boy J is the BEST player in the game. Now in the game, how are people classified and ranked? All through wealth and reputation. I was lucky enough to be one of the 1,000,000 beta testers in the game. Thus, I had an advantage over the other few billions of losers out there. Now if that’s not lucky enough, I bought a lottery in The DK and won 100,000,000 million USD(United States Dollars) on my first week in the game.
Now if you don’t know the saying, money makes the world go round. Let me tell you now. Money makes the world go round. I first hired all of the NPC(Non-Player Character) in my starting city. Those other losers that started in my city then depended on me to survive and grow. Thus, I forced them to sign contracts to make them eternally serve me and work for me. Now obviously there were people who fought back. Let me tell you what happens to those idiots. Two words, They Died. Now the one thing about DK that is different than the real worlds was that the game takes contracts really seriously. If you go back on your contract or bet, you get a serious repercussion. I don’t know (IDK) who the hell Dr. Chen is, but he is really influential. There were people who broke the contract and tried to hide IRL. Dr. Chen somehow found people to track them down IRL and killed them. I mean seriously??? If I didn’t know better, I would have thought I was reading a fantasy/ sci-fi light novel.

During an online interview, the interviewer asked Dr.Chen, why did he make the game have such a severe term with contracts. He replied, “ Once, someone went back on their contract with me. Then, I killed them. Now, I don’t tolerate anyone going back on their bets or contracts. Especially IN MY GAME.” I gotta say, Dr.Chen is my idol. Wise words from Dr.Chen.
Oh shit! It’s getting late tonight. I will write more to you guys if I ever remember to.
Signed,
The best player ever
J

Right Side of Hell
Albus Dumbledore was sure he made the right choice sacrificing an innocent child. Too late he understood how terrible that mistake was. Harry Potter was not what he wanted him to be, he was not what the magical world expected him to be. He was not a replica of James, instead, he inherited more of Lily. Far too much to be convenient.

A Demon Lord's Reincarnation
Selina’s got a pretty active imagination. When doing math, she pretends that she is a great detective solving a heinous crime! Ordinary tasks, like a trip upstairs, turn into a perilous adventure to raid a dragon’s cave! She believes that life should be full of wonder and magic, and tries to force the world to cope with her conviction! But when Selina wakes up to remember her past life as the Demon Lord, she has to face the fact that real life is messy, and not anything like what she imagined. With ancient powers stirring, family problems, and the hectic life of a teenager, Selina will have to discover more about herself if she is going to survive the trials ahead. With the help of her best friend and a fair share of luck, she might just get through this alive. Maybe. (Updates (hopefully) on Sundays) This story started out as a flipped isekai. Instead of a hero being pulled into a medieval world, a Demon Lord is pulled into the modern world. It has since moved a bit beyond that initial premise but it is the foundation of the work. Along the way, I threw in dragons, elves, dwarves, and some vampires (but no werewolves, gotta nip that in the bud) all wrapped up in the political drama of a modern world. The story, however, will mainly focus on the characters and their development and as such, is a bit of a slow burn. It may take a couple of chapters to get into. You have been warned! (PS, please show patience for the author's notes. They're a bit crazy and don't always make the most sense. The author's a bit of a ditz. Please ignore him.)

A Fragmented Mind
"Hi there. My name is Richard Maddox, but my — admittedly nonexistent — friends call me Rick. I live in a world of superheroes and villains. A world filled with magic and physics-defying powers, and in this world, I'm just an ordinary, completely average 17-year-old boy. My imaginary friends, however, are as far from average as you get. You think you're good at deluding yourself? Well, stand back, because it's time for a master to show you his craft. Welcome to my life, the life of a madman." This story was originally inspired by the 'Legion' novella series written by Brandon Sanderson. If you've read those books and liked them, it might be worth giving this a read. The same goes if you haven't read them either, I guess. (Currently re-writing earlier chapters)
