《Bottomless earth》Chapter 5

Looking around the area there doesn't seem to be anyone patrolling the area besides the two guards. I can mostly distract one while killing the other silently then killing the other after but that involves me being sneaky. Im not so sure about this plan but its the best iv got now i just have to think of a way to distract him.
I started looking around on the floor searching for a rock sitch something i could throw finally i found a rock sitting next to a tree coming back to the place where i was hiding i threw the rock to the left side.
“Hey whos out there come out now.”
The bandit on the left went peering into the trees to look for what made the sound. Then walked back to the other guard.
“Hey ima go check that out stay here”
As the left guard wandered off into the woods after the sound. Great he fell for the oldest trick in the book. The only guy left was holding a short sword and seemed to be wearing some thin leather armour. I gotta kill this guy before the other guy comes back.
Running out from my hiding spot the guard didn't take long to notice me and prepared to take my attack. My body seemed to move on its own as if it was teaching me. He blocked my first swing and lunged at my stomach.
His sword wasn't big enough luckily it only grazed my stomach but I could still feel the pain. I could feel the sting as if it was real. Stepping forward I pierced my sword through his stomach on the right side and pulled to the left slicing his lower abdomen in two.
Man these graphics are just way too real my sword and arm are completely drenched in blood. Wait, I better clean this up before the next guy comes. Pulling his parts into the bushes I hid back in my spot and soon the man that left came back within a few minutes.

I think he noticed the blood stained grass because he soon ran into the cave. Damn if only i could clean it up better oh well i guess it's just gonna be a little bit harder.
Iv took the loot from the bandits body he seemed to only have a short sword and a few silver coins. The amour he was wearing was destroyed. I guess I should try to keep their equipment intact. Well they will probably know i'm coming by now.
[Light]
A bright blue ball suddenly appeared in the air touching the ball it was cold and my hand passed straight through. At least it gave off a little bit of light. This should at least let me see while i'm in there.
Walking into it it was very dark luckily i had the [Light] spell otherwise i would be completely lost.
I kept walking for what felt like an hour and suddenly I could see a light around the corner.
walking around the corner there was eight people standing around the fire.
They seem to be the bandits. But I can't seem to figure out where there holding the scouts.
Looks like one of them is moving towards me does he see me?
If he had why hasn't he said anything or taken out his weapon. Moving to the right a few feet i doesn't seem to follow me he was just outside the range of the fire just about four feet to my left when i hear the sound of a zipper.
Putting my sword to where I think the height of his neck is, I pulled to the right there was no resistance.
He didn't make a sound; it was like butter. Seconds later a small thud next to me his body fell over his head rolled and hit my foot. I couldn't see very well but I looted his body the best I could and put him behind some rocks farther back in the cave.
Luckily I can look at the equipment in my inventory. He seemed to have a normal sword as well as two [Throwing knives] and three copper coins. Sweet i got some throwing knives these will definitely come in handy.

They seem to stay at their tents most of the time not wanting to leave. I think they noticed there's someone hunting them. The small scratch across my stomach seems to have healed and my clothes are not longer soaked in blood this is so weird. I must naturally heal or something I wonder how high the rate is...
The bandits soon went to bed they don't seem like they want to run. Well it's their own funeral. Cracking my finger and pulling my sword from my inventory.
I started walking around the camp in the shadows.
The fire died down and the light that was so bright before turned into a small glow only lighting the fronts of the tents.
Going to each tent I silently went inside each of the tents and lobed there heads. I don't want them to come back and be zombies.
They didn't have too much on them each of them had a few poorly made weapons and a couple of coins. Really all they were was xp.
In the end i went through all the tents but one was the largest of the tents and going to the door it was locked pushing on it it just seemed like a tarp hiding something pulling it off there was a large iron cage. On the floor of the cave was one man and one female; they seemed very starved and only half Conscious. Looking around there didn't seem to be a key anywhere around here.
This is a long shot but I hope this works.
Taking the poorly made blades I took from the bandits I tried my best to think about molded it into a skeleton key.
*Ping
-Molded from the thought of a skeleton key that can pick any lock and your large amount of luck.
-You have created a rare item.
~The devils skeleton key~
Desc: The key that fell from the devils pocket it can pick any lock but it can be used only once per item.
Warning: When used will burst into flames and destroy itself.
Well aren't i lucky. This is some of the weirdest luck i've ever had.
Putting the key into the lock and turning it the cage burst into flames. there was something odd about it stepping closer to the fire and putting my hand close as i can get.
Its cold...
The key and cage soon feel into ash on the floor leaving the man and woman on the floor.
~You have caught the eye of the Devil
I really don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Man this has taken so long and I still have to go to [Caskelume]. Now how am I going to get these two back to town? If it was only one of them I could carry them but there's two. Looking around the cave there seemed to be nothing useful in this room putting the girl on my back and carrying the guy in my arms.
I started the long walk out the tunnel when walking out of the tunnel night had fallen and the stars and two bright moons filled the sky.
I guess I never really noticed the second moon before.
Taking out my axe I started chopping the tree surrounding the entrance of the cave.
Taking the wood and using [Alchemy] to make a few boards putting them together I created a box just big enough to put both of the scouts taking apart the swords of one if the bandits i made some pretty shitty nails but they'll have to do for now.
Now all a need to do is figure out something for the wheels.

* Tale of Tales is a High/Epic Fantasy saga based on the motifs of ancient myths, legends, and forgotten fairytales * Senka is no hero, but you never know what is coming for you. And if that burns down your house and family, while you are left blinded by your house’s guardian snake, the outlook becomes grim. So Senka clings to her dog’s back to survive, unaware of the fateful prophecy and the great changes to come. But when a wandering warrior becomes her protector and mysterious strangers join their hounded party through a series of seemingly chance encounters, they all begin to discover that all is not as it seems. What is pursuing her? And why? Can the strange characters gathering around her on her desperate quest save her from doom? Are they mere puppets of a young, beguiling witch guided by her own hidden motives, or are forgotten shadows rising again from the immeasurable depths of time? A tale of folk fairytales and myths, of swords and sorcery and mythical beings – a unique story of dark times and unsung heroes who may light your way. Book one, A Strange Bunch, features leading characters of various ages. This is a fantasy with their progression happening slowly throughout the series, with occasional spikes in character power after certain encounters that may or may not be random. Although the book series is written with adult and young adult audiences in mind, it is, in the tradition of such epics as “The Lord of the Rings,” suitable for all ages. Excerpt from the scene depicted on the cover of the first book: “Above this hellish pack and the rider at the forefront, flurried a ghastly sight – a cloud of dark, endlessly bustling bodies and wings, a swarm of creatures that, through their almost infinite number, produced that great din which had first reached the ears…” RELEASE SCHEDULE is about once a week. The entire series should take around two and a half years of weekly chapter episodes, so do encourage me by reacting and following. Ratings are greatly appreciated!
