《In Pursuit Of Accolades》Escape to the danger zone

The next day was agonizing.
Even after avoiding being stuck in a coma, I had to deal with a greatly reduced constitution.
After waking up hours later I found that not only had my skin blisters more, but my body started to desperately need food and water. Even more so than before the system had artificially buffed my body stat wise.
I knew that the stats didn't belong to me.
They felt foreign and heavy. Like a thick layer they weighed upon a deep part of myself.
Every time stats were added and removed it felt like...
Sand. Gritty and packed sand.
I felt no connection to what the system offered me.
Nothing to justify the torture I had been put through, and would experience in the future if I wanted to live.
I just want to live.
I cannot turn into those abominations hounding me in this zone.
Those beasts, Fuck them.
I ignore the pain as I squeeze my fist, my skin begans to split once more.
There is no shade left in the safe zone anymore. The dome of light had started to emanate heat, and more bright beams of light after I woke up earlier.
I ignore the blinding light, the heavy waves of heat, and the encroachment of the wave of now crawling beasts as I continue squeezing my fist tightly.
I CANNOT turn out like them.
What is so wrong with my desire to live.
Blood runs down my hand as the artificial strength of the stats takes hold.
The zombies are whipped into a frenzy now, they clamber over each other. Lusting for the blood that stains my arm.
I whip my arm at them in hate of what they are.
Some blood lands on a front row zombie and he is torn apart by his fellow monsters.

They reach an absolute level of blood lust. The perceived prey they have watched for days is finally WEAK, and VULNERABLE.
I'm angry with myself. Angry that I never gave myself the chance to live how I wanted to.
Angry with my lack of luster in my life.
I will die here, to die among the monsters as nothing but a victim is the worst fate possible.
I laugh to myself.
Smiling I can feel my body's last bid for escape take progress.
I rushed out the safe zone to the side after flicking more blood towards the faster ones in the crowd.
That should buy me some time.
I was right for the most part.
all the crawling zombie were attacking each other now, tearing others to shreds they fought ruthlessly.
However one zombie still dashed at me.
Running on all fours he reached me near instantly and attempted to gouge me.
You took 5 damage reducing CON by 2.5 until damage is healed.
He missed my stomach and hit my shoulder.
I coughed out blood. Dragging myself forward more I started to head towards a building nearby.
The zombie was still trying to attack me, but his frenzied attacks were more likely to hit air than myself.
He looked close to hitting me half a dozen times, but I was able to strike out in time to block his relentless assault.
I only managed to deal 5 damage each time, but was surprised I was able to cripple him in a few exchanges.
He fell to the ground, crippled and gave me the moment I needed to get into the building and slam the door shut.
I looked at my notifications, quickly scrolling to the events.

Another World Trucker
I must be cursed. All I've ever wanted to do in my life is hit the open road and drive to my heart's content. But life seems to have other plans for me. After dying while on delivery in my semi I wake up to find myself in another world, with my truck. I've always wanted to be the driver, but at this point, I'm just in the passenger seat while whatever forces control these worlds drive me along. Hopefully, this world won't end as bad as the last one. In another world with my truck! Another fairly standard isekai, but one that's hopefully engaging enough to keep everyone around. Also, way too many references to other isekai's will be included. My first time ever writing a story so feedback is greatly appreciated.
