As the title said, this novel will go on a hiatus. I don´t think it will get renewed, maybe some aspects will get reused though. Writing and publishing was an interesting experience and it made me really happy to get my first follower and the first really high rating (even though I think a 3 is where this novel belongs. Now I will go on rambling a bit more and explain some background things about the story later on.

One major issue I found was, that few viewers continued to read, I don't know maybe a certain drop from the first chapters is normal but I later found an issue with my writing. Alex had little to no resistance or hindrances in any way, shape or form. I only realized that at chapter 29 (I write in my mother language and translate + prove read it), doing that with that many chapters that I find lacking is not something worthwhile. Plus I later learned plotting to a certain degree. Before that I basically wrote with a broad Idea in mind and pushed my way forward, filing the pages. That made for a somewhat slow (?) pace.

Now to the story. Who set up the tutorial? Humans did. Before the universe existed another abyss existed and the humans of this era realized that their world was gonna die. The experts tried to stay alive and sustain a part of the world but they were not able to and in the hope of continuing their legacy, they refined parts of the world with their own essence in a self-destructive manner. (There's still some more but that's the general idea).

Later on earth and the entire universe would collapse and transport all beings, that absorbed mana into a newly forming abyss, which is basically a new multi-layered world. From there I wanted to write a power fantasy. In chapter 29 I lay the foundation for a revenge plot. Alex survived with great mc plot armor (kinda) and would survive after a long hibernation but he had gained a constant threat to his wellbeing in the form of a mana addiction. He would constantly need to revisit the place of his hibernation. That was something I found to be pretty cool and Alex would need to find a way to heal himself.

I will continuously write in my free time and hopefully produce something worthwhile. For now, I am plotting a new novel, but it will take a month or even years before I can think about publishing again. I might write the next story in English, which might reduce the workload for each chapter as writing a story is already hard enough :D.
