《I Will Pave My Path With Blood》Why Do You Stand?

Leaving the inn I feel so energized. I have never felt this way in my entire life it's indescribable. I can
feel the pounding in my chest. My mana circuits with my body bursting in excitement. Though I have
no idea what sort of other changes to my body this red bracelet may have dealt to me I don't regret it
even a acute amount. Walking forward I bump into some large man. His body hulking in its nature,
power shining off of his arrogant body. My master looks towards me like always a smile on his body.
This Ape of a man then looks at me with amusement in his eyes "hello friend , that wasn't very nice
now was it". Knowing obviously what is about to take place from this ridiculous person I'm quite
disturbed yet excited, I tell myself maybe I can use my new powers I've gained. I retort back to him "Oh
did I well an imbecile like yourself can clearly recognize that your nothing before me." My own face
looking quite amused this mans eyes flaring with anger taking out his sword he tells me"as a soldier
of our dear empire I'm sure they would ]appreciate me exterminating some good for nothing trash".
Our size difference is clearly apparent, he clearly must think that he already has this battle sealed
within his mind. Well he would be correct if it was the same me as ]yesterday but, today isn't
yesterday. I can just feel the newfound power within me, exuding such grand pressure within my own
soul. I've never wanted to do something more this evening. Staring directly into his eyes he smiles and
thrusts his sword in my direct, I of course dodge it by a hairs breath. "My reactions have also
increased it seems, to almost feline measurements." Running towards him I make a quick ruse making

him falter by my speed. In the clear I plunge my fist directly into his unprotected gut. Blowing him
back several feet. He is bewildered saying "huh, I guess my prey does have bite after all, well don't
think that we're over yet you no good peasant." Taking up arms he dashes at me using his mana
circuits to increase his strength to twice the normal human limits. Raising his sword up high into the
sky he slams down hard creating an after shock, everyone in this village is startled. Many of whom
who were enjoying this spectacle soon hurry into their own homes in fear of being hurt in the cross
fire. The after shock of his attack is great causing the ground to ripple in shear terror. Looking at me
with fiery eyes this man soon raises his sword into the natural swordsman position and begins to
shout "Do you see that you little pest, I'm not just some regular old droog you can find anywhere I
have power unlike you and I will kill you by the name of the higher goddesses above." Laughing at his
mere mention of such things I relax myself. Having never before experience such a battle I know that
something like this is beyond my regular capabilities. Even with my newfound power a man like this is
dangerous to go ahead blindly. Focusing in on this man I begin to foresee scenarios in my head that I
could take upon winning this duel. The smell of iron is in the air and his eyes are exuding such power
that it could kill any normal man to mere shreds. I look towards my master and he has taken seating
on one of the near roof it seems. Smiling at me taunting me it seems with his power. Such Power that I
wish to possess. Such Power that I wish to take for my own. This thought fills my head withrage and I

can fill my own mana circuits filling me with strength, I tell myself that I'm not some village boy like
the past I am what I am and I will not let him over take me. Filled with my own new set of goals, I run
towards him. The air blowing past my face in all of its glory overtaking me into an endless serene
bliss and excitement. Before this man can even move his sword I hit him again this time in his eyes, so
defenseless and feeble he begins to yell in anger. I happened to get a direct shoot with two of my
fingers inside of his eyes sockets. So much blood just gushed out his eyes that I soon began to fill
even more powerful, I began to feel even more excited. The man now blinded screams even more in
anger I back off of him now, he seems to be swinging his sword every which way around him and I
think to myself, truly such an imbecile he couldn't even protect his own eyes during battle. Soon I rush
towards him again. This time i run around to his back and trip him with my legs with a low sweep of
my own. On the ground I soon take his sword directly out of his hands and it seems to have a strange
power. As soon as I hold it I can feel my power increase exponentially. Such a useful item too bad it
was wasted on such an idiot I soon take the word and start to multilateralthe man, starting with his
fingers I cut them one after another. His screams making me feel even more pleasurable as I start to
peel of his skin. Oh yes what adrenaline this is, what excitement. Getting even more engrossed I start
to cut off all of his meet that seems to attached to his bones. His screams oh yes, his tears what a
feeling, and his blood what a bright Crimson color. I can hear him yell "Please I'll give you anything,
I'm just a feeble soldier I'll do anything". I soon tell him with a grin plastered on my face "Oh you'll do
anything is that correct then keep bleeding for me, let me see even more of your fresh oozing blood
against my skin." His eyes filled with terror is just the best filling in this universe. After an hour or so
I have calmed down. My master standing beside me and the crowd seemingly afraid as to what sort
of monster has entered their village. He then says "Oh what fun you've had, well it's best we go before
the royal guard comes upon us". Nodding my head me and my master dash away seeming as if we
were never there in the first place, this new power that I've harnessed is great and if I can gain even
more that would be splendid. Little girls closing their eyes with tears, many adults terrified and
shocked. Their fear fuels me to no end yet this sick feeling begins to encapsulate me. I begin to throw
up all of my food. I feels sick to no end. My own humanity seems to have traveled it's way into my own
psyche what a nuisance. Falling to the ground tired as all hell. My master picks me up, and all that I
can remember seeing before my eyes close are his restless grey eyes, I may not know what Noah
truly is but no matter what I'll find out sooner or later for the my joy has yet to begin.

Quest of the Seal Bearers - Book 1: The Warriors Return

Fantasma, leader of the global government, and his colleagues are determined to find cause of these attacks. but the search for answers points them to an ancient relic, The Book of War, a cursed artifact that can create indestructible creatures loyal to its master. It’s been over twelve thousand years since the Book of War was last opened. It was believed to be destroyed during the Great War by the Twelve Warriors and Daughter of the Sun at the cost of their lives. Now, it seems the book has resurfaced, and its new master is seeking to forever tip the balance of power. The stage is being set for another Great War but who can stop the Book of War once and for all? Meanwhile on Earth, the teen members of Greengale’s Action and Adventure Club are preparing for their yearly trip when they suddenly stumble upon a secret their parents have been keeping for years. Now their world is being turned upside down as they struggle to understand the legacy that ties their fate to Mendala and the Book of War. Is their destiny set in stone, or will they forge a different path? No matter what, their choices will bring forth a new era for Mendala. ------------------------------ If you love vast fantasy worlds, rich, fleshed-out characters, and a adventure where your'e constantly discovering new things along the way, then this is definitely a story you'll enjoy. This is a slow-burn high fantasy / adventure with many characters and intersecting plotlines. It’s a quest so lots of adventuring, exploring, and character moments, but not a ton of fighting/action (though there are definitely some great fight scenes as payoff to the buildup). Because it’s a fantasy world with lots of people and new concepts, I try to make it easy so that you don’t have to memorize anything. The narrative will constantly remind you of important people/places/concepts as you keep moving forward. Some things won’t be fully explained right at the beginning to avoid information overload. My goal is that the reader will learn things organically as the story progresses. I use two mechanisms to help with the intersecting plotlines. - Each chapter is named for the (main) plotline it’s following and which part. - At the beginning of the chapter, and anytime there is a scene shift, the location is listed. Also, though this is definitely a portal-fantasy (isekai) it’s different from the standard isekai, especially since the world transfer doesn’t happen immediately. It’s not Lit-RPG but characters gain powers and grow over time. Also, it’s a group of teens that transfer, not just one central character. All of the teens are distinct characters, with their own character-arcs, relationships, powers, growth etc. Hopefully you’ll find this interesting as you’ll see the world and story from multiple perspectives. The story is always in 3rd Person (Omniscient) POV so that it’s not jarring as perspectives shift.
