"why's the meat having a dark colour?"

"that's because the ketchup and several spices that we used sir"

The barkeeper got Yana's gesture and explained to him .

"don't worry sir. We served this by slicing it and added potato and cream for the complement"

"ahaha, thank you for the explanation. Then for starter, i want three portions"

"understood sir"

The barkeeper served the black pork to them. Two of them couldn't hide their hungry expression.
