《THE LOST TWINS OF REGOROVIA KINGDOM》CHAPTER II: NEW LIFE FROM A NIGHTMARE

Samuel lived his life happily with the servant that saved him. To his luck, the servant was very knowledgeable in the arts of magic and was able to teach him. Thanks to this with his already huge mana reserve, he became more powerful with each passing day.
The vacation now nearing its end. Samuel decided that it’s time to enroll to the Kingdom’s most prestigious school, Regorovio Academy. After enrolling, he was notified that class will start in a week’s time. After a week of restless waiting, Samuel quickly wore the academy uniform, and was about to go to the academy when he was stopped by the servant who warned him to never tell anyone under any circumstance, of his identity, even if they are his closest friends. Samuel in his hurry, didn’t take the warning to heart.
“ Ahhhhhhhh” Samuel while walking to the academy, couldn’t help but release a sigh as he look at an old picture of his twin sister. He had been keeping it with him at all times for as long as he could remember. As he could feel his eyes tearing up, he touched the back of his neck, where his birth mark was hidden. His foster father, the servant, once blabbered about when he was drunk, that his sister also had a birth mark which was shaped just like a crescent moon, unlike him which was sun shaped, and the possibility that they might be connected.
Samuel feeling that it’s not good to be emotional in the middle of the road, put the picture back in his pocket and instead took out a hand mirror. “Wow, with my naturally handsome face and toned body, girls will chase me in no time!”, as Samuel continues to praise himself, he didn’t noticed an old woman and accidentally bumps her. Samuel frightened that he might have hurt the old woman, quickly putted the hand mirror back in his pocket and helped the woman stand up. The woman as if possessed suddenly held him tightly “There is a piece of you that is missing, you must find it quickly or you will regret it” After the woman said with what seemed to be an oracle, she walked away as if nothing happened. (What a creepy old woman) thought Samuel as he continue his walk to the academy, forgetting the old woman’s warning

After a couple of minutes of walking, Samuel was able to enter his class uneventfully. The introduction in class soon started and each student said their specialty whether it be swordsmanship or spell casting and their names. There was no one to take note of thought Samuel except the girl named Sophia who was renowned for her unparalleled swordsmanship.
A few weeks soon passed and Sophia soon became the top of the class as she was good at sports, studies, and in combat training, although Samuel was also good in these aspects, he was a notch lower compared to her. It didn’t take a long time before they became rivals as they competed against each other.
Each day they tried their best to surpass each other but at the end of the 1st semester, they got the same grades. Samuel and Sophia, not accepting the results, made a promise to each other that they will do their best until only one of them trumps the other. Samuel, fired up, told stories to his foster father of the battles he had with Sophia, which made the servant tease him about liking Sophia, much to his irritation
Sophia, also constantly telling her friends about her battles with Samuel, also get teased by her friends that she has a crush on Samuel. Because of these teasing incidents, they began to hate each other more as their rivalry increases by a notch.

Almost a Good Person
A memory, a memory of a boy who wanted more than pain, of a girl who wanted more than death, and an Isle that should not exist. The Isle of Red is a small, unassuming, quiet place. It is just large enough for a college, a small town, and maybe even a few more unusual sorts of places. Of course, the townsfolk practically know each other as family. Flush-faced regulars can be found toasting just about anything in the Briar's Brew, then, a few streets away, the same haggle of older women stationed themselves on their perch as they did every day from one of the few balconies in Central Square. They fuss away now, spouting the usual gossip as they watch us all from on high. Then there is the College here on the Isle of Red. My college. It has been often described as an unusual place by a good deal of people on the mainland. If they only would visit -why I am sure they'll soon have a change of heart, they may even come to find it a quaint sort of place, odd but in the same way a tattered old quilt can be both odd looking and warm, and especially soft. We teach mostly the same sort of disciplines here, with fantastic and absolutely normal professors.I must conclude that I am quite smitten with myself. The stage is set with a level of perfection that would have astonished me in my youth. They are coming. Derek will follow her. He knows the weight of reality too intimately, but she will be his true north if only for a short time. A beacon in the storm to show him the stunning pastels and brightness the sun may yet refract through his thinner, sharper pieces. Theoline will lead as she always has- well not always, not yet. She holds onto questions feverishly tight, that one. Lights them up inside like a new type of fuel without the slightest worry of being burned. She knows... There is but a certain few who can look at a map and find nothing where I stand but the Atlantic Ocean. And still, there is earth beneath me, a noisy pub down the road from me, and several people clucking conspiratorially on a balcony above me. She knows... that the Isle of Red doesn't belong here. Neither, technically, do I. (Hello!
