ONE SQUARE OF THE HIGH QUARTERS
The circular towers stood high in the sky, showing their colourful design and patterns. Some were eastern and other western, many others were a mix of the two. To show off was one of the most practised hobbies in all nobility. They had races between themself to see who did the greatest dinner, build the highest tower, had the greatest gold. They lamented between themself like children about this or that thing.
Obliviously it was all orchestrated by the council to avoid that someone a bit too powerful who didn’t get any strange ideas about a revolution; they did such a wonderful job that at this point the risk wasn’t even real anymore. The nobility was a mass of too grown spoiled babies who passed their time between investing and lick the shoes of people more powerful of them.
They were exceptions. Sometimes even exceptional exceptions. One of those was a brown man named Sandries who had lived in those quarters for a long time but didn’t forget his humble origins.
> Rene said > Sandries was an old man in his fifties, his hair had grown grey and his face was a bit too old for such an age >
>
> he nearly laughed >
The three passed a long time selecting and discussing materials. Sandries didn’t say the prices of the articles. When the discussion was done Pxan had three bags full of stuff.

Pxan was taken by surprise

LOW QUARTERS, PXAN HOUSE
He had passed four long days constructing something that nearly worked, nearly bitten, nearly run, but every time something would happen and he would start again from the beginning. But after all of this time the dog wiggled his tale had him and seemed friendly

The dog barked.
Bringing his dog to operations undercover wasn’t a good idea. But for all others it was really helpful, he brought him to the library, to the park, to the underground. Rene looked at him quite strangely when he saw that the strange and detached Pxan was playing with Chupy in the library quite happily. Pxan mood even improved. So much indeed that he completely forgot why he constructed it in the first place and never brought him to a dangerous mission.
He came welcoming him when he returned home, was sad when he left and played with him frequently. With time Chuppy learned those behaviours and became quite peaceful, especially considering how he was built.
When Lhyps and Ides hear of a “Robo-hound personally constructed being used for keeping company” they both laughed and let the thing pass.
One good day, while he was walking with his dog, a policeman stood in his way > he asked perplexed

Chupy looked at the two of them quite strangely.
>
Pxan all the sudden remembrance of the...46 denounces for being weird at that moment
>
> normally a denounce was something you would lose sleepover. Obliviously this didn’t happen when you were an inquisitor or a member of the police force.
> and so Chuppy and Pxan continued walking happily together.

Musings of a Hypocrite
Mortals are weird. They insisted in unity, as well as individualism. More often than not, they're shocked at truth and honesty, but not at falsehood and deceit. They asked questions with multiple answers, and provided answers that begged other questions. They made things to break, they destroyed things to study, they researched things to recreate. Humans, Elves, Beastmen. All of them. Within these contradictions, a miracle might manifest. But this tended to work with a trial and error methodology. Most mortals never got the happy ending. This diary is my journey alongside a few students of mine. In simple terms - they learn, they grow, they fight. They'll journey through centuries of conflict, from the physical to the educational. They'll experience the cruelty and benelovence of all living-kind. They'll experience the consequences of their choices and the blessings of their rewards. They will grow to become useful to me, or die trying like all the others. As for you? The god reading our lives like a book, sitting in your chair without a care in the world?
