The dark is so pretty

The faint glow of the moon

and the streetlights lighting up the roads

seem so peaceful.

Sometimes it could be scary

There's nothing to see; it's all unknown,

but the quietness of the night and the faint glows

don't make me feel alone.

The dark brings feelings I can't explain,

like how it somehow stops the pain.

Voices hide but when I go outside

everything stops and I feel one feeling..
