Dylan brought the trolly over and said

"I have to remove the infected and some other shit" he said as he lifted up some tweezers and a scalpel

"No" I yelped out. Oh hell no he's not giving me surgery.

"I need to, or it could get nasty, it's leaking some yellow liquid it's bad" he said looking over at it "I only need to open up the stitches, pulled and cut out all the bed flesh then sew you back up again, there's a wikihow on it" Dylan said so ducking innocently.

"It doesn't work like that, Dylan I need pain medicine and a actual surgeon" I begged.

"Puff it won't be that bad, anyway I know my way in and out of a body with a surgeons position, I've had a lot of practise" he said. His voice was so light for this dark matter. I could feel my heart beat faster and faster.

I saw Dylan bring the scalpel closer to me and I couldn't help but pass out

-----

"Perfect" I herd Dylan say as I slowly began to regain consciousness

Great he did it. Bloody great. I guess I can be thankful I didn't feel any pain during the whole thing. But God knows what the after math will feel like.

I saw Dylan cut away a bandage then he turned to me

"And she awakes, see wasn't bad and I did a pretty good job, look at what I extracted" Dylan said as he shoved a glass cup in my face filled with

With

*insert vomit noise*

"Well I was hoping to keep that but you've ruiened it now" Dylan said in disappointment as he wanted his arm to get some of the vomit off and pulled the glass cup away.

Great that chicken sandwich hasn't stayed down.

Dylan rolled down my jumper before walking off the the bathroom. I slowly began to stand myself up too. I felt dizzy and wobbly but managed to make my way to the sofa and just collapsed onto it.

I some time contemplating where to look at my stomach or not. I didn't want to see the horrors that lay on it.

I decided to just do a little sneek peak. I slowly began to roll up my top and I saw a bandage. Oh yeah of course I forgot. Some blood and yellow stuff was leaking though but wasn't alarming. The bandage should protect it some more and hide it from my sight while he healed slightly. I had a feeling that my stomach will look fucked for life. Even once it fully healed, if it ever does.

Dylan walked back out the bathroom with a different top on. Dylan walked over to me

"I've got some cloths for you to change into" he said as he grabbed some leggings and a top from that pile he had set aside on his way over.

I thought he was going to leave me to change but instead he helped remove the jumper. He worked slowly and carefully, making sure not to cause me a great deal of pain.

Now this made my wonder. Dylan had a gentle side. Once he knew I a) ment no harm and b) had no fear associated with me. Which made me think, he really wasn't born evil was he.

In fact he never was evil

He was just scared and alone.
