Milanas PoV

I could hear the sound of running water.

I slowly began to open my eyes to find I was laying in the bath. Water was filling up around me.

I was shocked at first and went to go stand up but then Dylan came walking into the bathroom with only a towel on. He was still covered in vomit and blood.

He dipped his foot in the bath

"Perfect temperature" he said as he then pulled off the towel. I closed my eyes and moved my head away slightly.

I could feel the water rise and the bath become more cramped as Dylan got in.

I know what had just happened and I was just going to block it out and I guess Dylan ran us a bath to try and wash it away.

Dylan's pov

That should scare her enough into not disobeying me now. It worked before. He would scare us enough to behave so I thought I'd try it on her. We played the game long enough but we had gottton dirty from it.

Me and my sister (use to wash together and sharing this bath with milana Brought back good memories.

I wasn't going to hurt her hear. Not when she's resembling my sister so much. I'd never hurt her.

Milana PoV

I watched as Dylan got a flannel and dripped it in the water. Then the brought it closer to my face and started to Dab it around. He was cleaning me?

"Your safe for now" he whispered under his breath as he ran the cloth alone my neck.

I was confused. What was he on about. I knew he was messed up but right now he seemed to me in a different place.

"You know, he does it because he's scared. The only way to handle his fear is to do this" Dylan whisperd as he drained the water from the flannel

Okay now I was really confused

"Fear does things to a person, especially when they lose who they love the most" he whispered again. This time his voice shaking

Dylan's PoV

He hurt us because he lost his world. But we lost her too. My mother died in childbirth having me and my sister. That's why he acted that way. That's why our father hated us

No PoV

He was scared too. Like his father. He lost who he loved too and that took away the true him and the scared broken version took over.

Milana PoV

Was he talking about himself. Had he lost someone and that loss turned him into this?

I decided to needed to start braving my way though this to get answers and to understand Dylan a little more

"Who was he" I asked quietly. Dylan kept saying he and I didn't know who it was

"My father" Dylan breathed out after a while.

So it wasn't about himself. Wait did he father abuse him?

"Did he hurt you?" I asked light more confidence in my voice. Dylan just looked at me and I saw his eye twitch

"He took away my world, of course he hurt me" Dylan grunted as he stood himself up out the bath

I watched as Dylan started to set himself off before storming out.

So Dylan had a father who caused a massive traumatic event to weight down in Dylan which must be the reason he's like this.

But he said his world was taken away. I wanted to know more about that.
