The branch manager was trying hard to convince Mr. Guwda to go with their already settled price about the land. But the cunning piece of shit was not giving into any negosiations. Their whole deal was at stake because the son of bitch changed his mind in the last minute. The manager was trying to reach Ved but his phone was not reachable. The RealSteel representatives will arrive at any minute and he was afraid the deal won’t happened. He contacted the legal team in main office yesterday itself to inform about the problem but there was still no response.
“Sir, you can’t raise your demand out of blue. This will affect your future deals. This is so unprofessional of you.” The manager was trying really hard to reason with Mr. Guwda.
“Oh, really? So what about your CEO? Not showing upon the biggest deal your company ever handled. Is it really professional? See Mr. John this shows how professionally you deal your customers. I need the full amount I demanded for this land and if it is not sitting right with you, you can walk out of the room.” Mr. Guwda said gesturing towards the door with crooked smile on his face.
At the same time the door opened and there stood Mr. Siddharth Aryan with all his glory. A look of serenity was written all over his face and a smile rested on his vibrant, black eyes. Although alluring, there was something behind them. Something dark and dangerous, perhaps.
He walked into the office room and sat on the chair across Mr. Guwda. He crossed his one leg over the other.
“That won’t be necessary Mr. Guwda, because the deal will happened according to the Aryan’s terms and you will sign it with your own hands.”He said with the smile still on his face.

“And how exactly are you going to do it Mr. Siddharth Aryan? Tell me a good reason to sign the deal.” Mr. Guwda asked with a scornful smile.
Sid leaned towards Mr. Guwda by keeping his knee on the table and the smile never leaves his face.
“Mr. Guwda, you know, there is this 1000 acres land near the upcoming new airport which was actually distributed to the poor people by the government three months ago. Actually I had an over look about this deal and I found something really interesting. On the land allocated to the poor three months before there are some construction works going on for a large integrated township. And I would like to know how it is possible? Should I go to the authorities or should I ask you?” he finished and his smile widened.
Mr. Guwda started to become nervous. He took the glass of water in front of him and gulped it down in one go. “The deal is on.” He said.
“See Mr. Guwda I had full faith on you. I was sure you wont decline the best deal you could get. Congrats to you. And let me call inside the representatives so that we can finish the deal as soon as possible.” Saying this Sid gestured the manager who now have a relieved face, to call the representatives in. Mr. Guwda gritted his teeth.
After successfully closing the deal Sid accompanied the representatives to the hotel and after dinner they parted away.
With a sigh of relief he got into his car. He has got a eight hour travel to Mumbai. He asked the driver to play some light music and leaned his head back to the head rester and closed his eyes. Soon he fell asleep.
The car abruptly halted its progress, which made Sid awake. The driver went out to check what happened. It was mild raining and driver came inside saying that one of the tyres is punctured. He said that they don’t have a spare one so they have to wait till morning.

Irritated and tired, Sid got out of the car and looked around the area and saw a small motel a few meters away. He told the driver to check any mechanics are available and call him when it’s ready. He ran towards the motel.
He got all wet while reaching the motel. He went to the reception, on one was there so he called out for someone to hear and an old man in his 60s came out from an adjacent room yawning.
He checked in and waited the room boy to take him to the room. He could hear train sounds at a distance. A small boy in his early teens came out from the same room with sleepy eyes and took him to the room.
The boy brought him a jug of water and a glass. After the boy left, he locked the room and took a look at the room. It was not so luxurious like he used to but it was a decent room with a queen size bed a corner table and chair a dressing table with mirror and a lcd tv fitted to the wall in front of the bed.
Sighing he went to the bathroom and took of his wet clothes and had a warm bath. Tying the towel provided in the bathroom around his waist he came out of the bath room. He put the wet clothes on the chair to dry. Then went and lied on the bed he checked his phone to see time. It was already 1.00 am. He set alarm at 5.00 am and went to sleep.
.......................................................................................................
He woke up hearing some banging sound. With sleepy eyes he looked at his phone it was 3.30 in the morning. Then only he realised that someone was knocking his door. Lazily he sat on the bed.
“The car must be ready.” Thinking this he walked towards the door.
Upon opening the door something collided with him with force which made him lose his balance. He fell on the floor with his back. He looked up angrily and there he saw a girl standing in front of him panting.
