《Not Afraid (Billy Loomis x reader)》8- Stepping Through the Threshold

My eyes swung open as I heard arguing from downstairs.
"What the fuck Billy?! You can't bring her! She'll rat on us or just get in the way!" I heard a voice shout that I can only presume was Stu.
"She won't. I told you about the other day, she's done this before, she knows what she's doing." Billy remained calmed but you can feel the anger lying under his words. I slithered out of bed and poked my head out of the door frame as I sat on the floor wrapped in the bed sheets. I saw the two boys in the living room filled with suffocating tension.
Stu stiffen "You're pathetic" Stu clenched his jaw "I never pictured you to go soft for a whore like (Y/n)-" Stu's words were cut short by Billy fist.
"Don't fucking talk about her like that" Billy coldly spit at Stu as Stu clutched his cheek. "If I so much as catch you speaking her name ever again I will pull out each one of your organs and stuff it down your fucking throat." Billy snapped giving a dead pan stare at Stu.
"I'm sorry dude, I was joking." Stu nervously laughed. He sensed the tsunami of anger hidden under Billy's gaze.
"Just leave, I'll see you later tonight. Same plan." Surprise and relief radiated from Stu. He too was shocked by Billy's drastic mood swing and the fact that Billy hadn't murdered him on the spot. Stu didn't risk his chances, he quickly walked out the door.
Billy started to walk up the stairs, I panicked while trying not to get caught eavesdropping. I hurriedly ran to the bed burying myself in the soft fabric pretending I was asleep.
"You're not as slick as you think." Hands wrapped around my 'sleeping' body and started tickling me.

I started to scream and laugh while trying to kick him away, instead I ended up kicking the covers revealing my naked body. Yet that didn't stop him. "Billy! Please!" I screamed while holding back my laughter.
"This isn't how I envisioned you screaming my name naked." He snickered as I told him to shut up in betweens laughs.
Once his tickles died down he took off his shirt to put it on me. Him still smiling. I dragged his warm body on top of me.
"So...Are you going to tell me why you punched your best friend in the face?" I questioned.
"He was being an ass." He said plainly.
"Does that mean your plans are canceled for tonight?" I asked hopefully.
"Nope. Better luck next time." Billy smirked while I groaned. "Come on we got to get ready for tonight."
"Already? What time is it?"
"It's seven."
"Why didn't you wake me up sooner?" I said jumping out of bed rushing to my bag to pull out fresh clothes.
"Because you looked so adorable" Billy teased "plus you needed the sleep."
Once we were both ready for the party we drove off to Stu's house. "Here put this in your bra." Billy said me while handing me a metal object.
"Billy please, is now really the time for your weird fetishes?" I groaned obviously annoyed, mostly by the fact that he's actually going through with his plan.
"Just open it." Billy said patiently "It might get messy in there, if so you have something to protect yourself."
I pressed the button on the side and a blade popped out. "Is this really necessary?"
"Yes, I'm not risking you getting hurt."
"Fine." I tucked the small pocket knife in the bottom of my bra. We then pulled into the driveway.

"Don't leave my side." Billy warned as we walked to the front door.
The door opened revealing Stu with a unsure smile "Hey" he glanced at me. You could still see a red mark at the bottom of his jaw.
"Hey. So how has everything been going?" Billy asked normally, as if he didn't punch Stu an hour ago. This seemed to ease Stu's nerves, knowing that Billy wasn't going to rip his throat out.
"Everything is going great." Stu said returning to his normal goofy self. "Come in." He smiled.
I followed Billy inside holding his hand tightly.

Tim the Engineer
Summoned against his will to a world of swords and magic, an engineering student struggles to find a way home under the shadow of a world devouring threat. ***************************** Updates: 5/13/19: Revisions to several chapters for clarity, grammar, and style. 4/29/19: A short side story and artwork has been added to the blog. 4/8/19: A Side Story has been updated on my new blog (every writer is required to have one). https://talesfromliahar.wordpress.com/ ***************************** “The summoning scenarios are broken down into groups of ten.” Emi Ito stated. “Don’t, don’t you dare say another word.” Muttered Genzo Uchida. His eyes had turned bloodshot and his hands shook with rage. “The first thirty…” “Shut up!” Genzo bellowed “How dare you help these disrespectful gaijin?” Flecks of spit and madness flew from his face, his fist raised ready to strike. But Emi did not flinch, instead she was about ready to continue when Yuma Takeuchi interrupted her. “Uchida, please,” her sweet sounding words could melt ice. “I think we will have a better chance of getting home if we all work together.” When she glanced up with her sleepy looking eyes at Genzo Uchida he deflated visibly. “Were not getting home.” Uchida said coolly. “Group summoning, large, that puts us in the 60 series. No one came to greet us after five minutes of arrival. That leaves scenarios 68 and 69. In scenario 68 there is something that binds the large group together; they are all classmates or a single family. But thanks to the gaijin” he spit out the word “I think we are scenario 69 with no way home.” Ikko Inoue’s eyes went wide, while Katsukno and Hayata started muttering to themselves. Tim took on a serious look and rubbed his scruffy chin. Emi maintained her stoic expression while trying to find something to refute. McKenzie glanced at Randall and giggled. Randall took the prompting of his teammate and followed up by approaching Genzo. “Uh, so we are in a sixty-nine?” “Yes.” Replied Genzo with the seriousness of someone who’s life was about to end. McKenzie covered her mouth and snickered. “You and me, were stuck in a sixty-nine situation?” Randall pushed with a grin. “Yes, we are all stuck in a sixty-nine scenario together!” Genzo retorted in anger. McKenzie fell on her butt laughing. “What the hell is so funny?” Demanded Genzo, whose face had turned red. “It’s a problem with the automatic translation.” Retorted Tim. Randall, who seemed unable to quit started in again “So, about this sixty-ni…” Genzo interrupted Randall with a swift punch to the face. But, because of their height difference it was a bit of an uppercut that left Randall rattled. Tim and Ikko moved to step in between the two, but Genzo showed no further hostility. Instead he just stared at his clenched fist with such intensity it grabbed the attention of the room. “I unlocked a skill.” He said bluntly. ***************************** This is not a light novel, but people who like light novels should enjoy the themes of this book. ***************************** A Map of the Region

With me, Cloud, here even the sky were to fall dont you even have a slighest worry because i will definiteley protect you. This is my first time writing a story, i dont know if you guys will receive it well or not. I started to read LN from NU and RL, and it enchanted me. But unfortunately the author and translator are humans too so they couldnt keep up with my reading rate. From what i had read, i started to imagine what if the world like this, or what if this character had an ability like this or what if the decision the character made was different than the stories. All of that keep coming up as i read, and then a few weeks ago i started to write what i imagine into a new story. Through writing the story i learnt that making a story isnt as easy as imagine. I must think of name, plot, character personalities, the environment, etc. Then one day i decided, fuck it lets post it first and see how it is going to be. To tell you the truth i like chinese martial arts story better but i cant make chinese name since i dont know the language. I learnt from the internet that creating a random name in Chinese is dangerous so i make this story to be Japanese like western story. But i still want to add martial arts and cultivation element to it. I will write what my imagine is like, something will be changed along the way thats for sure but i hope you guys will understand it. Each chapter will at least have 1500 words but i am not so good at english so correct me if there is something wrong with my grammar. I post this so that i can share what i imagine. One last thing, i like OP Main Character and although i dont hate training plot but i dont like weak main character. I hope you like what i write, any critics and suggestion is welcomed so write it on comment section so we can discuss it with the others. Warning For you guys that dont like OP Main Character, bad language, violence, and maybe in the future there will be NSFW content, dont read it For those who seek perfection, you wont find it here Strategy, Business Management, Trickery not my forte so dont seek it here but i will try to make it if possible Character skills will randomly appear as i tried to think what op skill i want for my character so bear with it Plot will be good, well i hope so if not then bear with it
