This is a work of fiction. All characters and events are purely based on and developed from the author's fertile imagination. I apologize for the destroyed properties - and those yet to be destroyed - as well as all vehicles, aircraft, airports, squares, buildings, etc.

Although this is a work of fiction, some elements are very real. All the neighborhoods in Rio de Janeiro are real, including Estrada da Gávea, the Joá overpass, Rocinha (which is controlled by the Comando Vermelho criminal group), Leblon, and Barra da Tijuca.

The LadiesClubHouse club does not exist.

The events served as examples were real and were named "Acts of organized violence in Rio de Janeiro in 2010. Bandits linked to drug trafficking tried to promote a "dragnet" on the Rio-Teresópolis Highway - a stretch of BR-116 also known as "Rodovia Rio-Magé" - in Duque de Caxias, causing the death of a driver.[5] During the attacks and afterwards, during operations, at least 181 vehicles were reportedly set on fire by the criminals. During this period there were also 39 deaths, about two hundred arrests for questioning, and almost seventy arrests.

Finally, condominium Lake (Lake Buena Vista, full name) is a very real place in Barra da Tijuca, on Prefeito Dulcídio Cardoso Street. It is the place where the author spent a significant part of his life and holds all the memories with a lot of joy and affection. He hopes to return one day.

All the scenes have been planned out - sort of - and, again, it is only a work of fiction. Do not try to reproduce them, because you are not Tom Cruise.
